Relax and unwind at Splash La Quinta - a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, furnished monthly rental in the picturesque La Quinta Cove. Guests can make themselves at home in the comfortable living spaces, peaceful bedrooms and fully-equipped kitchen. Dine al fresco in the privacy of the back patio with a bbq, pool and spa. Splash La Quinta is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in the beautiful La Quinta Cove neighborhood of La Quinta, California, approximately 25 miles from Palm Springs.

The Living Room:
- Comfortable living room with deep-seated sofa and chairs
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming
- Fireplace
- PacMan game machine
- Sliding doors overlook the back patio and pool

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster, blender and other cooking gadgets
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary k-cup pods, creamer and sugar. Drip coffee maker also available.

The Primary Suite:
- King sized bed with a selection of sleeping pillows

- Walk-in closet with hangers and luggage stand
- Sliding glass doors lead out to the back patio and pool
- En-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Guest Bedrooms
- Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, closet with hangers and luggage stand
- Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed, closet with hangers and luggage stand and a tv
- All beds are made up with soft, quality linens
- All bedrooms have dedicated hanging and drawer space
- All bedrooms are equipped with a white noise machine and charging ports on each nightstand

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Primary Suite
- Full bathroom off the hallway with sink, toilet and shower/tub
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Outdoor Space:
- Private swimming pool can be pre-heated on request (Per diem fee applies, let us know in advance if you’d like to use the pool heater. Monthly discounts available.) Spa heating is complimentary
- Chaises for lounging by the pool
- Pool towels
- BBQ with grilling utensils (one propane tank provided)
- Outdoor dining table with seating for 4

Splash La Quinta is a Family-Friendly property! We are happy to provide the following items:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property with the exception of a locked storage closet in the entryway.

Splash La Quinta is located on a quiet street in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood.

"Old Town" La Quinta is less than 2 miles away and has lots of dining and entertainment options. The home is also easily accessible to the Empire Polo Grounds (the site of Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals) as well as numerous top rated golf courses. Hikers or mountain bikers will love the extensive trail networks within easy walk from the house. We will happily send you links to blog posts that we have written about the area or make suggestions for local restaurants and things-to-do!

The Coachella Valley is best explored with your own car, especially for extended stays. Ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available for trips around town.
