Wonderful Family Vacation
We had a great week at Las Pinas! The house was fantastic and was more than enough room for 2 families plus grandma. The rooms were all large and had strong air conditioning. The Mario took great care of us, Cookie made the most delicious food and Doris keeping it clean. We did the meal plan and it just made everything so easy. Dann helped me plan every detail of the meals even with special changes for the kids. He also answered a million questions before we even left. We really appreciated that they had tons of kid friendly things like a crib, high chair and special plates, cups and utensils. We also brought some of our own and the lovely staff would clean them after each meal. The pool was great but does get slippery when wet so I would advise shoes for the little ones to help with traction. We enjoyed getting around the resort on the rental golf carts as well. A must stay! Thanks for everything! Hopefully we will return!

A great relaxing few days!
We had a great stay! Dann, the owner is very friendly and super helpful. The staff —-Mario super friendly and does a great job! Chef Cookie- although we did not do a meal plan we did have Cookie provide Is with some welcome snacks and drinks and a few meals- everything she made was delicious!!! Doris kept our rooms clean and smelling nice. We could not have asked for a better stay!!! If the opportunity arises we would definitely stay again. Ps. If you like Sangria,Mario’s is a must try!!!!

Welcome to Paradise
Excellence is the perfect way to describe our experience at Las Pinas #6. From the moment we began our booking process through our last day, Dann was an exceptional host! We are regular travelers and the information he gave us was extremely helpful. We quickly realized that an email from Dann needed to be read thoroughly and saved. We referred to all of his correspondences often. He was also very responsive to any and all questions and we had quite a few. There aren’t enough words to express how much we appreciated and enjoyed Mario, Cookie and Doris. Their genuine attentiveness to our happiness was felt the moment we walked through the doors. Welcoming smiles, delicious cocktails and the most amazing hors-devours were delightful treats after a long day of travel. They are true professionals, while also making you feel like part of their family. Mario’s attention to detail in everything that he does is impressive. Cookie’s knowledge and expertise of food is outstanding. Every meal a masterpiece and prepared with pride and love. We had a 19th birthday celebration while we there and it was perfect from the table setting to the delicious food and impeccable presentation. Doris is like a stealth bomber with her tidiness. You leave a room and shortly return to a made bed, folded towels and straightened quarters, leaving you happy and perplexed as to how she does it. We highly recommend the meal plan, it is a special experience!

From the moment we contacted Dann to ask a few questions before we booked our trip we knew we were in good hands! He responded quickly and honestly. His help with menu planning, airport transportation, activities and restaurant reviews was spot on! We couldn’t ask for a better experience. The villa is perfectly located, spotless and the attention to detail is unbelievable! The staff was exceptional. Mario was superb handling anything we needed, including great daiquiris! Cookie prepared perfect meals for our family and made our vacation an unforgettable experience and Doris kept the villa spotless and in order. Thanks! Having the golf carts on site along with the details that sometime go unnoticed-beautifully decorated villa, great, comfortable beds, towels, toiletries, AC, beautiful gardens and landscaping with a perfect pool and patio were appreciated. All we had to do was enjoy the vacation. Thanks, we highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Best family vacation ever!
Mario was so very helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. He took care of all our needs, and went above and beyond our wildest expectations. MARIO KNOWS EVERYTHING about the Dominican Republic and makes sure we are aware of things to do and see,,,, events happening nearby,,,, we cannot say enough about him. Cookie prepared fabulous meals and treated us like family. She spoiled our family so much we are still talking about her perfect cuisine. The house is beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. We could not have asked for anything more!

Best Casa de Campo vacation yet!
My family and my sister's family stayed at Las Pinas 6 for this first time this past weekend. It was our 3rd time visiting CdeC. This was, by far, the best villa we have stayed in. From the moment you walk through the doors until you depart, you are treated like royalty. Butler Mario makes sure your stay is hassle-free, Chef Cookie creates fantastic meals (even with our multiple food allergies), and Housekeeper Doris keeps everything pristine. Mr. Dann was very responsive and attentive in meeting all of needs and concerns. My kids voted CdeC visit ever and we will be back again next year! Thank you Mr. Dann and the lovely staff for making our family memories ones to be cherished forever <3

We enjoy families that arrive to our villa as valued guest and leave as new friends. These guest were in the villa for July 4th and booked the villa for NEXT years july 4th before they left this year. As with all others will be happy to see our valued guest and new friends once again! They know CdeC well from past visits and picked our villa and amazing villa staff to be the one to return to again over all others.

Outstanding Property and Staff!!
Just returned from a great family vacation at CDC. The villa was amazing and the entire staff are excellent and super friendly. Chef Cookie's meals were all excellent and so tasty (her smile radiates); Mario was amazing from the second we arrived he put all the suitcases in the rooms, always had great restaurant suggestion and would make our reservations for us (and made sure we had great table) his attention to detail was great; and Doris kept the villa spotless. Dann the owner was great to work with, responded very quickly to texts and emails, and had endless great suggestions for activities and restaurants. His attention to detail throughout the villa is outstanding. The villa pool is great to relax in and enjoy a cold beverage. Can't wait to plan another trip!

Perfect Stay!!
This villa is beautiful, so clean and so accommodating! Dann and his wonderful staff: Mario, Chef Cookie and Doris made everything even better. My family and I could not ask for a better service and experience. We had an amazing time, it definitely exceeded our expectations. When we arrived the house was immaculate, they had arrange everything for my big party to be comfortable in every room. They set up a toddler bed and a baby crib for my infant and my 4 year old and at dinner time they had they're own table set up with kids cutlery and chairs. Mario, the villa butler, he is amazing, he will do everything in his power to make your stay be one of a kind. Chefs Cookies food is delicious, we definitely our missing her food and Doris made sure to keep the house tidy and neat throughout the stay. The staff is super attentive and polite. Dann was super easy to reach throughout the whole process, he even help us made restaurants and tour reservations, gave us recommendations and help us with the menu creation. If you want to have a 5 star vacation, this is the villa to stay in. Can't wait to go back!

This property checked all the boxes for what our family was looking for as a vacation experience. The hype and 5 star reviews are real! The communication with the owner to prepare for our stay could not have been better. The staff of Mario, Cookie, and Doris made us feel like family and each provided exceptional service. Mario answered every question and took care of every request that we had. Chef Cookie's meals were exceptional and honestly there wasn't a meal at any restaurant on the resort that matched her meals! My kids demoted me to #2 best cook after our stay here. The cleanliness of the house and pool each day, the comfort of the rooms, the clean floors, properly functioning golf carts for transportation, proximity to beach and marina are just a few of the perks of this house. Also, the ability to communicate with the staff is of great value. We will be back to this property!

If you want a fun, relaxing, full-service vacation, this is your place! The home is lovely and has everything you need. The staff is amazing, Mario and Cookie go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well-fed. This is my fifth trip to CDC and by far the best experience I’ve had from booking through our departure. Prior to arrival Dann went out of his way to help organize all the details with me. I made a mistake on the booking and he again worked hard with me to fix this issue. Our arrival at the villas was an extremely warm welcome by Mario, the butler and Dann. Mario made our dinner reservations prior to our arrival and Dann helped plan our menu for our in Villa meals. As we were golfing early we only had the pleasure of one large morning breakfast and it was great. I was somewhat skeptical of the premade burritos and sandwiches we had for our other breakfasts, but again the were great. The in villa lunch and dinners were delicious and relaxing. Mario was a warm welcoming host and each day everything went extremely smoothly. Cookie’s meals were so good and we often had leftovers to snack on later in the day. Doris kept the Villa beautiful cleaning daily and washed all our clothes our day before departure. I’ve done the all inclusive package through the resort and this experience far exceeded working directly with the resort. Thank you to Dann, Mario, Cookie, and Doris for a great vacation!

The villa & pool are beautiful & very peaceful, each bedroom had their own bathrooms , 2 had outdoor showers that my friends thought were the best. We really liked that the beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away. Can’t say enough nice things about Mario, he made everything so effortless & he was such a joy it was a special treat having him & Cookie the cook made the best breakfasts & the 2 dinners we had were delicious! Excellent Experience, Exceeded Expectations
Villa Las Piñas and it's staff cannot possibly garner enough praise to do them justice. We regularly rent villas around the world, and have rented in a different villa in Casa de Campo previously. I can honestly say that our experience with Villa Las Piñas was among the best we have had anywhere. The villa is comfortably appointed inside and out, with plenty of seating and dining space, as well as poolside lounging in both sun and shade. The furnishings are in excellent shape and are not remotely stuffy. They allow you to feel comfortable and relaxed no matter if you are dressed up for dinner, or have just come in from the beach or pool. The entire villa has the feel of being YOUR private home, not of being someone else's home in which you are staying. The staff is gracious, professional, and friendly without being obtrusive. They have mastered the art of making guests feel as though they are welcome friends that they couldn't wait to see again. The owner, butler, chef, and maid all work as a well-oiled machine to make your stay just how you envision it. Villa owner, Dann, is great at communicating with guests before and during their stay. He has excellent connections on the island and these make for a pleasant and smooth arrival to the villa, as well as enjoyable activities while in residence. Mario, the butler, is quick to make any reservations you may need, and is a wealth of knowledge. He also happens to make the best piña coladas in town! As an accomplished cook myself, I tend to be choosy about eating food made by other people, and I can say without reservation that I would eat anything Chef Cookie puts in front of me. Her skill in the kitchen is exemplary and she makes full use of the lovely tropical foods available here in the Dominican Republic. Doris, the lovely maid, is so stealthy that you almost feel the beds magically make themselves when you aren't looking. She keeps the villa in tip-top shape. All in all, I can see why Villa Las Piñas is so popular with guests and has such a high rating, it is because it earns these accolades every minute of your stay. As for me, I not only will stay here again myself, but will also be recommending it to friends and family.

Recommend without any hesitation!
Our family of 10 including 2 children, ages 8 and 10, LOVED our stay and were sad to leave! Satisfaction started with the excellent and speedy communication with Dann in the months before, during and even after our stay. He gave excellent and useful advice regarding transfers, Casa de Campo activities, menu selection for our meals at the house, restaurants, New Year's Eve fireworks, arranging a boat trip to Catalina Island, and more. The staff could not be more helpful, friendly and organized. Super Mario supervised everything and seemed busy every minute organizing, setting up, answering all questions, and providing helpful information for our activities. Cookies meals were superb and plentiful. They even served varied foods at each meal to met our family diet requests with some pescatarians and some dairy free. We only ate 2 dinners in restaurants. All others were in the outdoor patio at a table set by Mario with beautiful dishes and flowers. Doris kept the house spotless. The house is beautiful, pool and outside areas are inviting, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning works well. We rented an additional golf cart in addition to the one included with the rental. They were very convenient for our everyday short drives to the beach, fitness room, hotel area for some activities, restaurants,. All of those were also available for jogging and walking on the sidewalks throughout the Casa de Campo huge property. We had hugs goodbye with the staff. We miss them and are considering a return visit!

A Christmas to Remember @ Las Pinas 6!
Our extended family had an amazing stay at Las Pinas 6! Grandparents + 2 families of 5 fit perfectly in this wonderful Villa, which is really nice and clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Dann, the owner, attended to our every need prior to arrival (and during!), including booking dinner reservations, golf tee times, and a boat excursion! He also arranged for golf carts and worked with us to set a great menu (and 14th birthday party for one of our kids!). The staff is amazing and catered to our every need - butler Mario, chef Cookie & housekeeper Doris were fantastic. Definitely recommend Mario's pina coladas! Amazing stay at Las Pinas 6
Having stayed at Casa de Campo previously, I was well aware of how lovely the resort is. However, Las Pinas 6 and the staff are what made our experience this time around even more spectacular! From the meals that Chef Cookie served, to the attentiveness of Butler Mario, and the immaculately clean spaces provided by Housekeeper Doris…everything was top notch! The villa is centrally located and minutes to the gorgeous beach. The pictures don’t do the villa justice! Every bedroom was well appointed, and the pool was nice to cool off in on those hot Caribbean afternoons! Dann was fantastic to work with. He was always quick to answer any questions I had leading up to and while on our trip! This was a 40th birthday celebration and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Everyone agreed that we will all be back! Thanks Dann and crew!!

Wonderful Villa and Experience!
Our 3 person stay in this gorgeous villa may be the smallest group Dann, Mario, Cookie, Doris and Roberto may have ever hosted, but they certainly treated us spectacularly, none the less! We had an amazing, fun-filled time with many relaxing moments sipping cocktails by the pool thanks to these incredible hosts. The villa, meals, service, rooms, pool and amenities are simply wonderful. Every detail was planned ahead of arrival, making our trip worry free. The knowledge about which activities to pursue and restaurants recommendations were all excellent and much appreciated. Definitely get the golf cart and meal plan! And use Dann and his team to schedule reservations ahead of arrival. We had an amazing time thanks to all of you!

Very rarely do you get over and above what you pay for. At this property, from the moment you arrive till the the time you leave, your experience is carefully curated for optimal relaxation. From the time you arrive you are greeted with a drinks and appetizers. More importantly, the staff cater to you and make you feel at home. The staff kept us fed, the property clean, and served us healthy delicious 5 star 🌟 meals. Dan is an amazing host and owner. The villa staff-Chef Cookie, Butler Mario and Maid Doris are all trustworth, hardworking, caring professionals. The villa meal plan this family opted for and so enjoyed is a mix of Latin, Dominican and American favorites. Every year we have many returning families that return for the villa staff as much as the villa itself. Great villa location, amazing villa staff and a wonderful villa meal plan option all make for a stay that will make you never want to leave.

THE PROPERTY IS ABSOLUTLEY STUNNING. IT'S EVEN BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES ON THE LISTING. BEDROOMS ARE VERY LARGE, AS WELL AS THE OTHER ROOMS. THE POOL AND CABANA BECOME THE CENTER ONCE THE DAY HAS BEGUN. THE DINING ARE IS DELIGHTFUL. BUT THE "BEST" PIECE OF THE RENTAL IS THE STAFF. MAREO IS A MAGICIAN --HE MAKES EVERYTHING YOU WANT APPEAR. COOKIE'S MEALS ARE A HIGHLIGHT.-- ELEGANT BEAUTIFULLY PREPARED, AND DELICIOUS. AND DORIS KEEPS THE WHOLE PLACE LOOKING BRIGHT & CHEERFULL. This wonderful family gave us the honor of hosting a birthday celebration for a very young Dad, 85 and Mom, 80. The family was a pure joy to have as guest for 8 days. Butler Mario set a surprise birthday table with decorations for 11 family members and Chef Cookie made the amazing dinner from our villa meal plan. Maid Doris keeps the villa spotless for all!

This rental is even better than the photos and surpassed all of our expectations. I am particular about cleanliness and this house was spotless. Every room in this villa was absolutely gorgeous. There was working AC in all bedrooms, as well as other amenities including USB ports, bottled water to brush your teeth with, hair dryers, etc. I was so impressed with the attention to detail that Dann has put into his home. As beautiful as the property is, the BEST part of our stay was Dann’s exceptional staff. Mario, Cookie, and Dorris went above and beyond to take care of us. Going with the villa meal plan is a MUST. Dann curated a menu for us specific to our needs and each meal was outstanding. The last meal of our stay was a a beautiful anniversary dinner for my parents. I was able to coordinate with Dann weeks in advance to set up the surprise and he was incredibly responsive and accommodating for every request I had. He even called after dinner to wish them a happy anniversary which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much to Dann and the entire staff for giving our family such an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back one day. We miss it already!! Stay at this property, you will not regret it!!

Spectacular Stay!!!
Look no further...you've found paradise. Our family has been coming to CdeC for the past 15 years and Dann's Las Pinas 6 is by far the most stunning, absolutely spotless and perfectly located villa we've ever stayed in. Dann is an avid gardener and his home is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. It feels Incredibly private and serene...especially by the pool, hot tub and gazebo (we spent many nights hanging outside here!) Las Pinas 6 is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from Minitas beach, the marina and Altos de Chavon! which made getting everywhere extremely easy! The villa is beautifully decorated (the pictures do not do it justice!!) well laid out for our family to spend time together or alone in a cozy nook outside. The Internet/Wifi was outstanding as villa has high end access points throughout. Most importantly, we all relaxed and slept so well as the bedrooms have wonderful air conditioning units, the most comfortable mattresses and the softest sheets/bedding!! The master bedroom outdoor shower is to die for....I think of it often being back in cold New Jersey!! Cookie, Roberto, Doris and butler Mario work together seamlessly to make you feel at home from the moment you're picked up from the airport. We cannot say enough (as ALL other reviews attest) wonderful things about Cookie's delicious meals, carefully and lovingly prepared daily (my daughter has celiac and it was no problem) She even taught us how to make her famous tostones!! Roberto is an excellent wheel man picking up/dropping us to the airport on time (pre flight COVID testing done at the villa) and Doris is always smiling and kept the villa immaculate. Mario is incredibly passionate about his job and is adamant about making sure you are enjoying yourself to the fullest...my kids are still trying to recreate his Mojitos!! Dann has truly brought together a fabulous team (English speaking too) When we arrived to Las Pinas 6 we were we welcomed as friends and we left feeling like family. So much so, we've already rebooked for next year!! Thank you Dann, Cookie, Roberto, Doris and Mario for making this the most memorable family vacation. We miss you already! This wonderful family who comes to CdeC often booked a January stay before they even left their stay in March! What could be a better review??? We have many repeating guest all because of the spotless villa, caring, English speaking villa staff and great villa central location. I will note we are really only FOUR MINUTES from the beach area. Depending on how fast you drive a golf cart we are 10- to 15 minutes from the other resort main areas. The central location of the villa near the beach makes this villa an easy care free cart ride anywhere you need to go.

5 Star Experience!
From the time of booking to departure, everything was handle in the best possible manner. The owner, Dan was attentive throughout the process and ensured that our stay was fantastic. The staff led by Super Mario and Chef Cookie were the best we have ever experienced in a villa. Mario made certain that nothing was left unattended, making our stay worry free. Chef Cookie created some of the best food we have ever eaten! Everything from our reservations, ground transportation, food planning, and COVID testing, was taken care of for us. We highly recommend this villa and its staff!

The guest states the "villa staff led by Super Mario and Chef Cookie were the best we have ever experienced in a villa." WOW best ever in any villa!!! Thank you so much. Butler Mario, Chef Cookie and Maid Doris are a wonderful villa staff. A good or bad villa staff can really make or break you entire villa stay. Our staff is honest, hard working and professional.

Just book it!
From my initial contact with Dann, to him stopping by to say goodbye to all of us, we could not have asked for a better host. Dann did not leave a question unanswered and was always willing to help when needed. Dann is not just simply the homeowner, he is someone who wants to make sure that his guests have the best time possible while they are staying at his villa and he will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens. That same attitude is evident in everyone Dann has working in the villa. Mario, Cookie, and Doris are a joy and such fun to have around…but never intrusive. Cookie is an absolutely fantastic chef and Mario just wants to make sure you have what you need before you even realize you need it. Doris is a cleaning ninja….you don’t see her, but everything gets cleaned. We had fun exploring Casa de Campo and the men loved golfing. But it was such a pleasure coming back to our own little slice of paradise. Thanks for sharing your home with us Dann!

There is truly nothing i can say that i wished changed on our trip to casa this year. We have had the special opportunity to visit casa many many times over the last 15 years and and this was one of the best experiences due to responsiveness of dann prior to and during our stay and. the amazing English speaking house staff Mario has a special warning personality and you feel immediately he is wanting nothing more than to make you and family feel like he is part of the family. Cookie’s cooking is just amazing honestly the best home cooking we have had down in casa ever. Her paella and fried chicken were honestly to die for! For those who know casa , the resort continues to impress with the food on premise getting better each time and the overall quality of all facilities are amazing. The golf is world class and Las Pinas 6 believe it or not actually overdelivers and will provide anyone of the best vacation experiences you will ever have Dann is a passionate host who cares deeply that your experience is as good as possible and he is always open to seeing how he can help you navigate casa or your needs prior. Unforgettable trip!
I came to Casa de Campo to celebrate turning 40 with my high school friends. We originally thought of the trip as mainly a golf focused event, but it turned out to be so much more. First of all, Dann, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. I am a bit of a planner so I asked him a ton of questions that he answered thoroughly. Some examples: - he sent us a link to a QR code that saved us time when getting into the country - he gave us fair tipping suggestions, he helped us set up a meal plan (this is a must) instead of having us get trapped at the various restaurants (we went to one of the best restaurants and the food wasn’t that great and it was over priced) - helped us get covid tests at the villa - helped us buy a lot of groceries and beer in advance (expensive and time consuming when you get there) - pays attention to detail on EVERYTHING in the house. Bathrooms have water bottles to specifically brush your teeth. Basket of Towels near the pool. He’s thought about everything to make you have an enjoyable experience. Mario the butler, Doris the maid, and Cookie the chef were all amazing. Mario went above and beyond to engage us and make us feel relaxed and taken care of. Cookie’s food was great - my personal favorite dishes - fried chicken (really good), pork chops, breakfast burrito, fresh fish tacos, the list goes on. Mario’s pina coladas are a must! Can’t forget that the golf was amazing. Teeth of the Dog has amazing water views, but I personally thought Dye Fore was an even better experience with more breathtaking views. Make sure to bring USD cash to tip everyonet. Overall, an awesome experience that we will remember forever.

Five Star experience for sure. The past reviews are what attracted us to stay at La Pinas 6 and they lived up to our expectations. Dann and the staff Mario, Cookie and Doris went out of their way to make sure our expectations were exceeded. You would be crazy not to take the meal plan and without exception the meals that Cookie (Doris) prepared and Mario served were better than any of the meals that we had out at any of the restaurants. Forget doing anymore research if you are planning to rent a villa In Casa de Campo. Just book this one!

Just Perfect
I could not say enough about our stay! This vacation was perfect. From the house, the staff, the meals, the cocktails and the owner that helped plan and arrange it all. You will not be disappointed! The property pictures do not do the house justice. We were a party of 7 enjoying my 50th Birthday week vacation. From those first steps to the last, my friends and I were so impressed. Butler Mario was so accommodating and made us the yummiest drinks. Took care of our every needs and really took care of us all of the time. He took care of reservations and anything else we needed. He made us laugh and always kept a smile on his face and ours. He even decorated for my Birthday meal. Chef Cookie made the most delicious meals and everything was so fresh. You definitely want to take advantage of the meal plan. You will never go hungry. We ate every meal outside on the patio overlooking the lovely gardens. Dorris also helped chef cookie and kept the house and rooms spotless. We didn’t have to do anything but enjoy ourselves. All our needs were completely taken care of. Dann helped plan our trip and thought of things that I didn’t even think of. His recommendations were spot on from the airport and everything else. This property should not be missed. We will definitely be back. There is a reason Dann has all 5 star reviews. After your stay you will leave one too! Thank you Dann, Mario , Cookie and Dorris. On behalf of the four golf buddies who stayed at Las Pinas 6 in early January, 2022, I’m adding our 5 star review of this exceptional luxury villa. Traveling internationally during the pandemic has been challenging, but our stay at Dann Cameron’s gorgeous home was trouble-free, allowing us to leave Covid behind while we were wined and dined in a tastefully appointed and relaxing tropical home with all the modern amenities imaginable. Mario, Cookie, Doris, and Dann are simply wonderful people whose mission is to make the customer experience delightful, exceeding expectations, anticipating needs and wants, interacting both warmly and discreetly, and going beyond the call of duty for any and all requests. We are already planning our return trip, which will require effortless planning after experiencing how comprehensively Dann and his fabulous team handle every aspect of a Casa de Campo experience. At the risk of repeating the sterling reviews, I would add our voice to the chorus of praise for Las Pinas 6…it was simply marvelous!

From the moment we booked with Dann - he was on the ball. From menu planning, helping with restaurant reservations, to helping with Covid tests, he left no stone unturned. A perfect getaway
We had such a wonderful time staying at this villa. It is everything advertised and more! From tropical drinks in the poolside hut, to breakfasts and dinners on the lovely garden terrace, to the breezy spotless interior, to the outdoor stone showers, we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. We highly recommend the dining plan - you won't go hungry!! Each meal was presented beautifully and gave us a real taste of the local cuisine. Truly, it was a continuous feast! Cookie, Dorris and Mario were so friendly and gracious, and wanted to be sure we didn't have to worry about anything but having a good time. And as a villa owner, Dann was super helpful in planning out the details of our trip and meals, making recommendations, and arranging some special touches for our anniversary. All of my emails (and there were many!) were answered promptly. Thank you for a fabulous vacation and we definitely plan to come back!

My #1 job as owner is to help you pre-plan your trip for a stress free arrival to the villa. Customs arrival forms, booking airport transfers, restaurant reservations, whatever you ask for help with I am happy to be of support. Once at the villa as the reviews on this site show my highly trained, long serving staff are a professional delight. Pina Coladas poolside....... Butler Mario is on that, Dominican appetizers on arrival.................. Chef Cookie is the pro, neat as a pin , clean bedrooms daily...... Maid Doris has you covered. We all work as a team to treat our guest to the TLC our 60+ 5 star reviews talk about. Just like this guest many of our guest return time after time just because of the villa staff and the level of service they provide.

I wanted to pay going out the door
So..we debated many properties and finally settled on Dann's property. How lucky we were. Dann's communication was above and beyond expectation. It was proactive (gave us updates about the earthquake in Haiti) letting us know the the property was undamaged and good to go. He gave us guidance on making it thru customs with no issues (QR CODE). Made sure we were able to pick our menu ahead of time....AND WHEN WE OVERPAID based on the meal cost...DANN told us we had overpaid!!!! Who does that????? 😍😍😍 We were able to set up rooms to accommodate our family group and the staff...Super Mario and Cookie made scrumptious healthy meals 2X daily. I needed to rehabilitate myself coming back home and I still haven't cooked a meal. 😭😭 MARIO made miracles out of thin air. I DON'T KNOW HOW HE DID IT...and he did it with a smile. On the way out...I wanted to pay all over again.

Amazing Vila and staff
Look no further, rent this Vila! This is a beautiful vila decorated with the upmost detail, marble bathrooms, great A/C, fresco dining, beautiful China and great location. In addition to this you have a FABULOUS staff and owner. Dann is professional, honest and very much available to answer all your questions. He truly cares about his renters and we are so happy we found him! We were 3 couples and we had an incredible vacation! This staff is amazing, always there to help and make your stay a perfect one. Mario, super Mario, speaks many languages and runs everything in the house. So professional and courteous, made us sangrias, smoothies and serves it all with a smile. Cookie, the chef, cooks like you were in a 5 star restaurant. Takes so much pride in her meals and in the presentation. Will make anything you want but do ask her for her specialties, you will not be disappointed. Doris, housekeeper, kept the place spotless. She made paper roses out of tissue paper in the kleenex boxes-to beautifully folded hand towels. We will definitely be back to Mr. Dann’s Vila! Trust me you will not be disappointed!!!!

WE LOVED THIS VILLA & STAFF SO MUCH WE ARE BACK AGAIN IN 6 WEEKS!
This was not my first stay in CdeC but oh my was it heavenly! The staff in any villa you stay in can really make your visit go one way or the other, this villa's English speaking staff was outstanding in every possible way. Butler (SUPER) Mario, Chef Cookie and Maid (DELIGHTFUL) Doris were true professionals that catered to our every need. Food: we loved the villa menu so much we actually added an extra night for an extra in villa dinner. We were a group of 6 PICKY EATERS with a vegan, a vegetarian, fish only, meat eaters and kids. Chef Cookie always impressed, every person, every meal. Al fresco dinning all the way……… breakfast, lunch, dinner all were such pleasant meals under the 3 tropical ceiling fans on the large shaded patio over looking the expansive gardens with amazing landscape light. The villa itself is clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and laid out. All bedrooms had comfy pillow top mattresses and individual air conditioners in each bedroom. The two main master bedrooms have both indoor and relaxing tropical outdoor showers, yes I said OUTDOOR SHOWERS! The pool area with it’s big thatched roof cabana gave you sun or shade whatever your desire. While lounging poolside, with the push of a button Butler Mario would quickly appear with a warm smile and another tray of the best Pina Coladas on the island! One great surprise was just how close the villa was to the beach compared to the way it looks on the map. Using the villa golf cart you can quickly be at the beach in 5mins, the Marina shopping area in 12mins or Altos Chavon in 15mins. If you rent this wonderful villa the owner (Mr. Dann) promptly answers all emails and questions to help you plan a perfect stress free arrival and stay. Mr. Dann's attention to detail was like none I have ever experienced with VRBO or any other rental property. The owner trained staff takes over once you arrive and is just as helpful and knowledgeable as the owner was during all your pre-arrival planning. You will not be disappointed with your stay in this LAS PINAS neighborhood villa!

dann the owner was more than accommodating. We had the pleasure of staying here 8 days and each and every day we were treated perfectly. This felt like our home. From Dann before the trip quickly replying to every question and request we had, to him being present at the drop of a hat when needed while here. Mario was as cool as a cucumber, very gracious and helped us seemlessly plan our catalina boat and buggie excursion. He make special drinks for kids and adults alike. And was around whenever we asked for something but not hovering if not needed. He was respectful of our space and overall just a great Butler Mrs. Cookie is an outstanding chef/cook and has an infectious smile. She had breakfast and lunch prepared with love each day. And Doris kept the place spotless each day. Thanks for that. The last day our flight got delayed many hours, dann let us stay the extra time, while mario and cookie helped us as per usual when we didnt even ask. Stop your villa search here!
This was by far our best Vrbo rental experience ever! The house is exactly as it is pictured!! Perfect for a large group to hang Inside and out! Open air living is perfect for the Dominican. Plenty of Bedrooms with lots of room and comfy beds! and let me mention I did not shower once Inside - I was obsessed with the outdoor shower in the upstairs Master Bathroom!! The staff was amazing - Amd the fact that the spoke English was so helpful!!! Dann is the most gracious host amd went out of his way to make our trip run so smoothly. If there was an issue he made sure it was fixed ASAP!! The neighborhood is so gorgeous and special - I could walk it very day. Proximity to both the marina and beach was also perfect. I cannot say enough positive things about this villas - and the little things that really make a difference in ones trip. If you are considering this villa for your stay you can stop looking right now - book this one, you won’t be disappointed!!

Dann Beautiful house!
We had the most amazing Christmas at Dan’s house in la Romana Dominican Republic. He is the best! He answered every email within minutes, he helped us in everything that we asked I loved renting his house. We were a family of 9 people including one teenager, two 11 years old boy and a 8 years old boy. The house was big enough for all of us! I stay in the master bedroom so beautiful with an amazing private outdoor shower! All the bedrooms are big and beautiful! Doris made the most beautiful bed decorations! Downstairs we ask for one of the rooms that go to the pool to be a TV lounge and it was the best decision! My kids installed the Nintendo switch and had a blast! We also enjoyed very much the pool it was cold but then you have the jacuzzi perfectly to stay there and enjoy Mario’s best piñacoladas!! Ask for them 😋. We also had the best breakfasts made by Chef Wiki a delicious banana pancakes and so more. Mario is super attentive he pampered us so much! He made the most beautiful table settings for each meal! He house is very close to the beach and to the marina! Renting the golf carts was the best decision! We would love to be back soon.

5-Star All THE WAY!
Casa de Campo is an excellent place to take a vacation, but staying at this villa took it to the next level! We were staying at a different property, and decided to stay an extra week. From the moment we contacted Dann, we had outstanding communication - he even came over with a crew to help us move from the previous villa to his! The house itself is wonderful, with the 4 bedroom suites (each with its own beautiful bathroom!), plus the bonus room (which also has its own full bathroom). In the bonus room, we set up our laptops, as we were all working & schooling remotely, and had no issues with the WiFi. My kids also enjoyed that there was a Roku TV in this room. All of the bedrooms have a STRONG A/C unit, which is very welcome when you're coming in from outside. The living area is huge, with lots of different sitting areas. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, and the pool tiki area is fun (and shaded!) but there is plenty of seating for getting some sun too. Although the house is gorgeous, and we had no complaints there, the ABSOLUTE best part of this villa is Dann's staff. We barely lifted a finger! We purchased groceries at Nacional in the Marina (or you can go into town for the Jumbo chain, more like a Walmart, if you have a car) and the team made the most incredible meals, presented like a 5-star restaurant. Our rooms were cleaned daily, without any inconveniences. The pool and landscaping were also attended to daily. Mario was our main point of contact there, and he was so pleasant and helpful. We had a lot of very interesting conversations with him, And although we didn't spend as much time with Wiki, he is SUCH a character...we gave him his own hashtag...#wikilifelessons. If you are concerned about COVID, everything was clean, not only at the villa, but at the resort in general. Your temperature is taken every place you go, and masks are mandatory. This was a top-notch vacation, and we will definitely be back! Thank you to Dann, Mario, Wiki and Doris for one of the best vacations this family has ever had!

This wonder family was our first life with "COVID" guest and as you can read the villa staff takes extra care. Villa staff is always in mask and gloves. Cleaning is done with Lysol products, hand sanitizer is in each room. Meals are prepared with extra care as well. Out in the resort you only need to wear a mask when entering the supermarket or any store and until you are at your table in a restaurant, or getting seated at the private beach etc. then you can remove your mask. I feel MUCH safer here than I do at home in the USA. Being here almost feels like you are in a "COVID BUBBLE" and protected without all the worries of my USA home.

Amazing Host, Perfect Location
We had a group of 8 adults and 4 children (15 months - 9 years old) visit Casa de Campo in Dann's villa (Feb 15-22). We have been to many host villas in different countries over the years and I would have to say Dann's has been the best to date. The description and pictures online are good but to see the villa in-person is even better. The staff always kept the villa spotless, inside and out. The food that was prepared each day was amazing despite our finniky requests. And Dann worked so hard with us and for us both before the visit and during. The villa is truly a 3 minute drive to the beach in the golf cart, which definitely comes in handy. Nothing is out of reach on the resort. We will definitely be back. Thanks Dann!

Thank you for the 5 star review. Yes my limited picture taking skills do not do justice to this just remodeled villas. open and airy interior or it’s large gardens and pool area. Being 3 minutes from the beach means it’s easy to go to the beach after a breakfast, later just leave a magazine on you beach chair and return for a villa lunch before heading back to your favorite beach lounge chair for a lazy beach afternoon too!

Best staff, best owner, best location
This was our third year visiting Casa de campo and our third year renting a villa. By far this house had the best location and the best staff. We will certainly be returning next year and staying again at Dann’s home. From the beginning Dann was so thoughtful and organized. Check in process was the easiest it’s been because of Dann’s work prior to our arrival. We were two families vacation together and between us we had 5 children. So in years past checking in has been a long process but not this year. He had somehow made this year quick and painless. Thank you Dann! I also worked with Dann prior to our arrival on menu planning. He was super helpful and understanding about some dietary needs and customized a meal plan that suited everyone. Upon arrival to the villa we met The butler (Super)Mario and the chef Wiki! The home was comfortable, welcoming, beautiful, and relaxing. They had arranged appetizers and dinner upon our arrival and some yummy food for the kids. Mario is a special man and our children fell in love with him- especially because they could call him super Mario! The location of the villa is down by Minitas Beach which was totally unexpected but absolutely what We all wanted! We were all so thrilled to realize how close we were to the beach. Throughout the week we ate almost every meal at home. Wiki is a spectacular chef and we miss his smiling face already. Breakfast and lunch are always colorful and flavorful and most importantly healthy! I have some dietary needs and Wiki and Dann were exceptional at tweaking the menu for me! Definitely go with the meal plan. You won’t be disappointed! We truly left Dann’s house feeling like part of the family and we will sure be returning to Las Pinas!

Thank you for the kind words about the villa and my wonderful staff. We cannot wait to have you back next year as our special guest again! The "Las Pinas 6 " villa location really is central to all that is important in the resort- being both close to the beach and near to the maria. My English speaking staff members are total professionals that know what a great villa stay both needs and does not need. We enjoy seeing our guest arrive looking "ready" for some down time and leaving looking totally refreshed with all smiles. The villa meal plan menu is a great way to enjoy the flavors of the Caribbean too.
