'We stayed for Easter Jeep Safari, and the proximity to the venue and trails was perfect. We loved having our group all together and a sofa a table that easily fit 6 adults. The master bedroom is super large, and the mattress waa very supportive fir my sensitive back. '

'Overall great experience! We usually don't expect much from a vrbo but were presently surprised. Everything was very clean and felt almost brand new. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Kitchen utensils were in good shape. There was only one box of tissues but that's pretty minor.Only complaint we had is the listing and a Vacasa customer service rep told us the hot tub was closed, but there were people using it who let us in. Checked the HOA page for the complex and it says...

'This is the perfect place to relax after each day of Moab adventuring. It is close to town, but much quieter, which we enjoyed after several days of hiking. Even better, there is a fantastic hike (Hidden Valley) whose trailhead is walking distance from the property. That trailhead area also provides a beautiful place to take your dog for morning walks (picture below) before taking off each day. 'We so enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfy. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and 2 kids along with our 2 small dogs. We were only stopping for the night as we made our way back home from traveling over the holiday so we didn't get to spend much time here but it made for a comfortable and relaxing pause to our trip. 'The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.'
