Dear guest, first of all thank you for leaving your very personal review. We are rather surprised to read your considerations, however we would like to specify that the building as well as the city are extremely safe and that all our rooms are soundproofed and have triple glazing on the windows. We also just don't understand why you had to put the furniture against the window for your safety since we were on the third floor and it was impossible to climb.We are sorry that you have only been able to appreciate the structure, the cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism and helpfulness of our staff, we hope to have you back as a guest in our beautiful city.
