Het grote appartement, onlangs gerenoveerd, is ingevoegd in een historisch gebouw op ongeveer 280 m van het Centraal Station (4 minuten lopen) van waaruit u snel het 5 Terre National Park (eerste halte Riomaggiore, 9 minuten) kunt bereiken en waar het toeristenpromotiebedrijf is gevestigd.
Het appartement is comfortabel geschikt voor 4/6 personen en heeft een woonkamer met tv, een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden, een ingerichte keuken en een badkamer met douche. De kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. De vloeren zijn parket. Het appartement beschikt over gratis wifi-internetverbinding en een satellietdecoder voor gratis kanalen.
Een paar meter van het gebouw zijn de bushaltes vanwaar u naar de toeristenplaatsen Lerici (12 km), Portovenere (13 km) en Sarzana (22 km) komt.
Als u met de auto komt, kunt u parkeren op de gratis openbare parkeerplaats van Piazza d'Armi (450 meter / 6 minuten lopen) of in de ondergrondse betaalde parkeergarage van het station; er zijn betaalde parkeerplaatsen in de buurt.
De toeristische haven Mirabello, de veerbootpier voor de eilanden en de 5 Terre, de cruiseterminal liggen op ongeveer 2 km afstand.
Verder is het vanuit de nabijgelegen kustplaatsen mogelijk om boottochten of duiken te maken, terwijl het vanuit het nabijgelegen achterland mogelijk is om trekking- of mountainbiketochten te organiseren over de paden van de 5 Terre en de Alta Via dei Monti Liguri (Val di Vara en Val di Magra ).
Het gebied, dat zich in het stadscentrum bevindt, heeft bars, restaurants, apotheken, supermarkten en elk type service kan op korte afstand worden bereikt.
De prijzen zijn inclusief slaapkamer- en badlinnen, eindverbruik en schoonmaak (exclusief de kitchenette en de oven door de klant). Eindschoonmaak kost € 30,00 per verblijf. Als de overnachting langer dan een week duurt, worden beddengoed en handdoeken zonder extra kosten vervangen.
Kinderen zijn welkom Tot vijf jaar kunnen gratis slapen in het tweepersoonsbed met de ouders. Gratis kinderstoel op aanvraag.

aangenaam met kanttekening

mooi appartement, onder het appartement een ijssalon annex bar waar je in de ochtend lekker cappuccino to go kan halen met de bakker op 25 meter. Station en Parkeerplaats is op loop afstand. uitzicht is op een plein, druk bezocht met over het algemeen mensen uit de lagere sociale klasse. Dit brengt regelmatig de nodige problemen met zich mee maar niet op een voor ons persoonlijke gevaarlijke manier.

Netjes, groot en geklasseerd gebouw

De woning is perfect gelegen t.o.v. Het treinstation. Echt maar drie ninuten wandelen. Het is een mooi gebouw aan een zeer mooi plein. Je moet wel 30 treden op, maar de trap is breed. Er is geen lift. De twee slaapkamers zijn gescheiden door de woonkamer. Goede airco, goede WiFi en goede bedden. Mooie kamerhoge oude houten deuren. Ruime keuken met voldoende voorzieningen. Badkamer beetje klein, geen probleem voor ons omdat we maar met drie waren. Goede communicatie via whatsapp met Stefano. Wij waren zeer tevreden over het verblijf!

Eine gute Basis für Cinque Terra und La Spezia

Eine saubere und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung nahe am Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum mit Blick über die lebhafte Piazza Brin. Stefano hat uns herzlich persönlich empfangen und eine Informationsmappe bereitgestellt die uns das touristenleben sehr erleichterte, darüber hinaus war die Küche bereits mit alles notwendige ausgestattet, wie z.B. Milch, Kaffee und Olivenöl!Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg.

Very Clean!

We loved this property! All of the instructions were clear and easy to follow upon arrival. Our stay was in July (2 nights) so we appreciated the air conditioners. Both worked well. This is a beautiful area. The coffee shop downstairs serves great coffee; be sure and make time for a quick cup. We toured the coast and went to Porto Venere for a few hours! We ❤️❤️ this area & this has been our favorite stop on our Italy tour. - We visited Venice, Rome, Pisa, this area and then on to Genoa.

Chinque TERRE Stay

What a wonderful place to stay. Charming place about a little restaurant. Croissant in the morning, glass of wine in the evening. Host was wonderful! After he checked us in he was back in a few minutes with warm focaccia! Our window opened to a beautiful courtyard! And we were blocks from the train. Highly recommended!

Very Nice, Good Location

The apartment is located just a few blocks from the central train station - an easy 5-minute walk. It’s on a town square and located just above a coffee shop/bar - the cappuccinos were excellent. It has air conditioning units in each bedroom, which was crucial since we were there during the summer of 2023 heat wave. The apartment is very nice with updated bathrooms. Stefano was quick to respond to all communications. One thing to note: the apartment is in the city, across the street from a town square, so you will get the sounds of a city - there was a 3-day festival going on while we were there and the music played until 11 pm or so. All in all, a very nice place, great location close to the train station, and Stefano was a very good host.

Convenient location for Cinque Terre

Very cute apartment, close to train station. The location was perfect to catch a train to Pisa or Cinque Terre. As other reviewers have mentioned, the apartment is situated on a bustling piazza. We heard some crowd noise most nights but we brought ear plugs and were able to sleep fine. The hosts were responsive and helpful during check in and when we had questions or issues. They provided a very helpful binder full of restaurant and activity recommendations.

Beautiful apartment but lacking a lot

We were greeted by our host, and lead up to the apartment. The lobby was dirty with debris about. The host did not speak a word of English. He did not show us around the apartment. He said the only way to communicate was with his son that was at school. While he was showing us the manuals about the apartment briefly he was getting consistent phone calls from his friend Pascual. Each time growing less and less patient about telling us about the apartment in the neighborhood. The apartment was beautiful but isolated in the historic district. Located above a coffee shop, you could hear the hustle and bustle from downstairs. But it wasn’t too loud to be annoying. At night, it is a unsettling feeling walking around. It’s very desolate. I would definitely stay in the more modern section of this town. The Partman was also lacking in basic necessities like toilet paper and paper towels. When we asked the host if they could drop more off they suggested we go buy some . Even though they were a quarter roll of each upon arrival. It wasn’t seasonally warm when we were there which was a great surprise. But the host took away the air conditioner remotes due to the fact that it was seasonal. When we complain they did bring it the next day . Also, only one of the beds was made up. They assumed my cousin and I were a couple I would imagine. One of the bedrooms only have mattress pads on them. Even though the structure of this apartment is lovely, I would not recommend this property .

Excellent place

The apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. Four minute walk from the train station and one flight up the stairs. The host’s son took our suitcase up and checked us in. Good English speaker and nice young man. The place overlooks a lively piazza and a restaurant downstairs, which got a bit noisy at times, but maybe because we were there on Friday and Saturday nights. Easy walk to restaurants (the Irish pub was great!) and the ferry dock. Nice stay!

Beautiful apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment is fully renovated, modern, clean and in a great location. Stefano and his son greeted us and provided us with all the pertinent information for getting around. They also gave us suggestions for places we hadn’t planned on visiting and they turned out to be some of the most beautiful experiences we had. Wonderful bakery around the corner and a supermarket minutes away. We lucked out and parked our car right in front of the apartment. Free on Sundays and 8 euros per day during the week. Train station was easy access for Cinque Terre. Right in the square. Beautiful view.

Love / Hate Review

The property owner & his son were very kind and informative. The leave behind a very detailed book of things to do in the area with train and ferry times and suggestions on where to eat. However, just outside the property the park is very sketchy. Scary types of park people lurch outside of the property which makes a woman feel unsafe. Additionally, there is a coffee shop and a pet store directly below the apartment. So in the very early morning (6am) to very late at night (11pm) you can literally hear every single noise due to the people outside drinking / smoking (which comes into the apartment bedrooms … yuck) and the pets barking at one another …. Kids screaming every night, etc. Trust me, this is no exaggeration. On top of that, La Spezia is a very sketchy place as well … dirty and nothing to do. For easy transportation to Cinque Terre, this is the only reason I would give this place a star + the friendly owner and his son.

Convenient, Clean, Large Apartment

Google Maps didn't give the best directions, but Stefano greeted us on the sidewalk. This is a large apartment overlooking a piazza and situated above a cafe, and it's only a few blocks from the train station. It's a beautiful place, although a little bit noisy due to it's location. We wear earplugs at night, so it wasn't an issue for us. Stefano has a notebook with tons of information about sightseeing, restaurants, etc., so that was helpful. We used this as our home base while visiting the Cinque Terre, but La Spezia is a nice small town, too. Overall, we were pleased with this VRBO and our host.

Great location for cinque terre but noisy!

Place is exactly as described and convenient for getting to cinque terra. 5 min walk to train station. Place is directly across the square which is very busy all hours of the night. Your directly above a busy cafe and the large metal doors open at 4 am to get ready for the day. Church bells go off every hour on the hour and a special arrangement at 8:15 every morning. Don’t expect to get much sleep this is a noisy environment but it’s not the owners fault - it’s just the location !!!
