Het hotel had gratis een beperkt aantal parkeerplekken voor de deur. Er was gelukkig nog plaats op het moment dat we aankwamen. Anders moest de auto in de parkeergarage staan voor 12.50 per nacht. Het hotel zag er verder netjes uit, met schone kamers met aanwazigheid van een goed werkende airco en een prima badkamer.

Leuk maar ingewikkeld
Het hotel ligt gunstig als het gaat om het centrum van La Spezia. Bedden waren zonder meer matig en dat gold ook voor de sanitaire voorzieningen. Kleine ( te kleine douche) en oppervlakte van de kamer verdeeld over teveel ruimtes. Dus wat hokkerig.

Prima hotel.
Fijn hotel met handige eigen parkeerplaats (prijs 20 euro per dag) heb je hier wel nodig het is er nl erg druk en moeilijk parkeerplek te vinden. Aardig personeel. Goede nette kamer. Super uitgebreid ontbijt je kunt zelfs speciaal koffie bestellen. Centraal gelegen voor het centrum en voor de trein naar de cinque terre.

Te duur, geen goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding,
Het hotel viel ons, gezien de 4-sterren status en behoorlijke prijs die wij betaald hebben, erg tegen. Ten eerste is er niet voor alle gasten een plaats in de garage beschikbaar en in de omgeving is het moeilijk en duur parkeren. Badkamer was matig en niet echt schoon. Voegen tussen de tegels waren zwart, wat een onfrisse uitstraling geeft. Grote airco met een fel licht in de kamer, die de kamer 's nacht fel verlichtte en die wij zelf niet uit konden zetten. Vloer in ontbijtzaal was smerig. De buurt achter het hotel leek een beetje een achterbuurt. Onze algehele indruk : smoezelig. Positieve kanten: kamer was groot (extra zitkamer, enige kamer die beschikbaar was), maar niet gezellig. Lobby was wel netjes. Personeel niet onvriendelijk.Variatie van ontbijt was goed.

Mooi hotel! Goede locatie in het centrum. Je kan makkelijk richting de boot of trein om die cinque terre te bezoeken. Kamer schoon, modern en netjes.

Geen 4sterren service. Geen airco bij 30 gr.
Ons verblijf was teleurstellend. Er was geen airco , buiten werking . Geen koelkast , ook buiten werking. Echt jammer bij 28 gr. Karig ontbijt. Maar natuurlijk wel de normale prijs. Schandalig dat dit kan. Wij komen daar nooit meer. Mocht je met de auto komen. Ook die kun je niet goed parkeren. Wellicht in een garage 3 kilometer verderop. Geen aanrader !!

Localização boa para visitar Roma. Caminha-se ao centro, e com transporte fácil e próximo do hotel para ir ao Coliseu/Foro Romano. O estacionamento que eles dizem ter é terceirizado, fica no prédio ao lado, e não abre antes das 06am, por isso tive que deixar meu carro na rua pois sairia cedo ao aeroporto. Encontrar estacionamento na rua é complicado (como em toda Roma) porém é gratuito. Quartos amplos, silenciosos em região tranquila.

Básico
El hotel está limpio, parece hospital ya que tiene decoración de azulejo como de hospital y el olor era como de algún desinfectante. Me pareció raro, no es un hotel bonito pero si practico para conocer Cinque Terre. Se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes. Tiene dos entradas, una por la calle principal que es subida y otro por un camino peatonal. Nosotros tomamos el camino peatonal, afortunadamente el camino es plano y vas por tienditas y restaurantes al llegar al hotel hay un elevador, que te sube a la calle donde está el hotel. El piso no está cómodo para jalar las maletas, está con diferentes tipos de piedra y eso lo hace no práctico. De regreso bajamos en taxi porque no es cómodo llevar maletas aunque solo son 10 minutos no está cómodo hacerlo por el tipo de piso qué hay. La señorita de recepción que estaba en la mañana el día de nuestra salida fue muy amable en todo momento.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt i forhold til byen. Efter min opfattelse er 4 stjerner lige i overkanten for hotellet. 3 stjerner havde været mere passende, da det virker noget slidt og industrielt. Morgenbuffeten var ok. Noget knap med parkeringsmuligheder. Hotellet havde 8-10 pladser som tilsyneladende hurtigt var optaget. Vi måtte selv ud og finde en plads i byen.

I would highly recommend skipping this hotel. It is seriously run down and the staff are terrible. What’s funny is they proudly state 4 stars on the hotel, the reality is it’s less than 1 star. Due to a change in our itinerary we needed to make change our booking from 2 to 1 days and called ahead of time and we’re told this was possible by the staff. When we arrived at the hotel later the story changed were told we were past the change period and would have to pay for the entire stay. We spoke to the manager the next day who was not friendly and did nothing. They are just out for money and do not care about customer service. We ended up having to pay for 2 nights and leaving after 1. If you are booking a hotel to see the Cinque Terre look for another option. You will thank me.

They encourage you to use a back way to get to the city area. This was very dirty and loaded with garbage. one night we were blocked by a group of un-savory looking characters. I told the manager they need to get with the police on cleaning this up.

Location is great. In the City Centre. 11 minutes to Central Station and 10 minutes to the Ferry terminal. Short walk to the shops and restaurants Room is not a 4 stars. Basic room. No coffee maker/tea or electric jug. No glass to drink either. Only fridge Bathroom: small, shower is bad, small shower head and low water pressure. Disposable plastic cups in the bathroom. Only 1 elevator for 7 floors building and takes ages Breakfast is free and good variety Staff is friendly and check in easy Overall: only location that's make this hotel 4 stars

We will keep good care regarding your suggestion to put in each room tea and coffee facilities.We put 2 complimentary bottle of water in each rooms and biodegradable glasses ( we think are more sanitized than the glasses one ) . Elevator can be a little bit slow but only during breakfast time as, luckly, we are always almost fully booked :-)Our warm regards

We were traveling with a baby and even though AC was advertised, we were told they were saving the environment and could not switch ours on. It was 26 degrees Celsius in the room, our refridgerator did not work, and so all baby food was spoiled and no one slept due to the conditions in the room.

Minibar in the room could be switched on under request and, if they are not cooling enough, the fridge at Reception is always available to keep Guest'products.A/C is switched off in winter'time, we have switched on at the end of May as most of italian Hotels.We are sorry if we were not the location you was looking for.Our best regards

Excellent séjour; très bon hôtel
Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville et des commerces auxquels on accède à pied. Personnel très accueillant Chambre très propre, très agréable avec literie confortable. petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Nous avons également apprécié le garage situé à proximité de l'hôtel. Excellent rapport qualité/prix
