'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. 'Super Hebergement, maison en pierres typiques magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes. Déco, et meubles faits par les propriétaires. Personnel adorable, d’une gentillesse hors norme et très très serviable. Le couple anticipe vos moindres besoins/désirs. Petit déjeuner copieux, pour tous les goûts et délicieux. On se sent chez nous au bout de quelques minutes. Il manque juste peut-être une cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre.'
