'House was very nice. It was perfect for our family visit to Berea. It is larger than it looks in the pictures. It was clean and there were lots of extras (kitchen/bathroom supplies, toiletries) that made it convenient. Plenty of parking on the driveway, quiet neighborhood, close to the Main Street of Berea. Check in was easy as well as good communication with owner. I would recommend this house and would stay here again.'

'We stayed at this house in Avon Lake for 5 nights. It was great! House was super clean, very well provisioned and the host couldn't have been better - very responsive (but not intrusive). Beds were very comfortable. Tastefully decorated. About 30 minutes of easy driving to get to downtown Cleveland or the airport and it was in a super safe place. Felt very safe to sit out on the patio at all hours. We appreciated all the amenities provided (Forgot your toothbrush? Extras provided!). If we ever...

'The property was very clean. Which we have found to be lacking in some other places we have stayed in the area. The back yard having a privacy fence was a plus for us traveling with a dog so that he could have some freedom himself. The basement was finished and ready for either watching tv or playing one of the many boardgames provided is perfect for anyone with kids to teenagers. It's a short drive to restuarants, and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.'

This house had that PLUS multiple living spaces where we could all spread out and enjoy the time together without feeling too crowded. 'The house was perfect for us! We booked a long weekend for the eclipse as Lorain was in the path of totality. The house had enough space for everyone to enjoy and the outside was beautiful too. The house was clean and had everything we needed and if we needed anything Erie’s Market was across the street (excellent Indian food)! The neighborhood is quiet and we slept well. It was a great stay. Rob and Melissa were excellent hosts. We hope to be again soon.'

'Really enjoyed staying in this property in Berea - it's close to the airport (yet we didn't hear any plane noise), easy to navigate to downtown Cleveland (see the Rock &Roll HoF, restaurants in Little Italy); it was clean and spacious; lots of shops and restaurants in the area to pick up groceries and breakfast. 'Great set up for playing games and hanging out. Only had 2 issues: pool was cold the first day but warmed up quickly and the house has a strange lay out with a bedroom with no door. We got over it and enjoyed our stay.'

'The cottage was very nice. Beds and showers were good. Lacking some kitchen items, i.e. dish towels, pots/pans. The grounds were very overgrown and outdoor chairs needed repair or new ones. The location of the cottage was wonderful. Very nice view from everywhere as long as the neighbors didn't have their camper next door. All in all a great stay.'
