'My wife and I had a great experience! The house was very comfortable and the location provided much needed relaxation and peace. Scenery wise, it was awesome! One critique I have is due to the extraordinary weather and heat outside, our bedroom was slightly uncomfortable at night. But overall this was very enjoyable '

'We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The hosts were wonderful. The location was great, less than 15 minutes to everything we needed. Only 7 minutes from the riverfront area park where you can rent scooters, walk, fish, just enjoy the river and see Detroit. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5. There's street parking infront, never had any issues finding a spot infront of the house. Nice clean kitchen and bathrooms, living room and dining room had enough space for us to hang...

'This home is absolutely beautiful. A perfect little getaway. I noticed some other reviewers mentioned that the neighborhood is a little rough. I’m from Atlanta so maybe this didn’t bother me as much. Once you are inside the home and the beautiful oasis of the backyard you really don’t even notice the surrounding homes and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. The host were wonderful and extremely quick to get back to us with questions. I would highly recommend!'

'The place is immaculate,contacts for questions or support immediately! The one only drawback was the traffic which the host has NO control over .Also we knew going in it was on a main Street it's just that the traffic was constant until after midnight .On a good note you cannot hear it if u stay inside I would return again '

'The host was lovely and very responsive to messages. My biggest complaint is that we were expecting a 2 bedroom house and this is a 2 bedroom basement apartment in a house. There was a musty smell as there is with most basements. The smaller bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed and my husband had to sleep on the couch because of this. I’m glad we were only staying one night. The backyard is also much smaller than it looks in the pictures and there wasn’t any patio furniture to be able to sit...
