'Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...

'I have always been satisfied w Holiday Inn until recently, they have new coffee machines. The coffee tastes awful, like vinegar..😫.. And at this particular location, I was looking forward to using the pool, which, was, under construction!! Also, the air conditioner ran constantly! Disturbing while trying to sleep. And I did not have it on the constant fan setting. 😞 I found the bed comfortable, although the other bed was not, for my adult children., I do always like their check out time. 😌'

'The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.'

'The staff were consummate professionals- on top of their game and without pretension. The property was the same- clean and modern, while simultaneously warm and inviting. A chic version of an Austin oasis on a campus of oaks in the heart of South Austin. The totality of the experience outshines any tiny nitpicks (as an example: a beautiful armoire that contains the TV and mini-bar/fridge took up a lot of space in a tidy room) and it was easily a five-star experience. Can't wait to go back.'

'This is a good hotel for like a one to two night stay. The Staff was very friendly! The rooms (specifically the beds) were made up nice but the Bathroom could’ve used a little love. The floors were clean but the smell was sorta unpleasant. Overall 7/10 stay.'

'Great location. Very clean room. Nice spacious unit with balcony. The cafe was not yet up and running but looks nice. Staff were friendly. Note - the main entrance is off a busy road so the best way to get in unless you’re walking/biking is through the garage (valet service provided there)'

'During my stay breakfast (apple, breakfast bar, water, orange juice) was served in a brown paper bag which should have been told to customers prior to booking. Elevator was out and someone actually got stuck in it. There were no vending machines if you needed something to drink so you had to leave the facility and go to a store.'
