'We had a perfect ski weekend staying at Marilyne's lovely chalet. Only 13min from Le Massif de Charlevois base lodge. The chalet was very well appointed, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and we made full use of the fully stocked kitchen. Of course we loved the hot tub and I let one of my son's beat me at pool. "The room had a view on the indoor pool. This was very noisy until 10 pm and it made the room dark. Room was okay. Plenty of parking space. Beds are not made every day. When we returned the second day the cleaning staff removed the empty bottles that we assembled in a bag. They were not in a dustbin. When checking out I mentioned that I did not think this was correct. I know it has minimal value but they only should throw things away that are in the dustbins. The receptionist had zero empathy. No excuse nothing. Only that he would mention it. "
