Please take note of these important details for your stay:

. Security Requirements: For a secure and pleasant stay, we require ID verification and a signed rental contract.

. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of up to $1,500 may be required. This deposit is collected outside of Airbnb and helps protect the property. It will be fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout, provided no issues arise.

. Snow Removal: During winter, snow removal services are provided within 24 hours after significant storms. A shovel and salt are also available on-site for your use.

. Registration: Our chalet is officially registered with Quebec Tourism (CITQ# 238792),



Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
