'The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet with lovely windows. The location was great in Banska Bistrica in walking distance to the town square and quick access to the highway. The breakfast was also very good with many options. '

'We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid. The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean.
