'We stayed for 5 days in this luxury hotel. Beautiful pool, and that was the best of our stay. This place can be very nice but needs a lot of upgrading to be real 5*. The rooms are cheaply decorated with a luxury touch. If you pay 275 euro per room per night you would expect a luxury bathroom with a bath and rain shower. 'We really loved the hotel! When we booked there weren't many reviews because it's so new (only 4 months open), but it's even better than it looks in the pictures on the website. "Hot water for shower take so long or nothing, only 1 towel even i ask for an extra they did not give but thanks to the housekeeper girl in Veranda, she is nice and give me one. I also ask for a breakfast to go a day before that if we can have a breakfast to go on next day at 7am because we have a tour and we need to be at 7:45am at the meeting point but we got no breakfastat all ww need to leave asap because of the meeting point time and still they did not pack any even a bottled water. We habe stay at the extended side of the hotel and the room had no socket for charging near bed only 1 near Ref but not working we need to charge at the bathroom and most if all no wifi in room only outside. But at the main hotel there is a pool and the beach it‘s nice that‘s the only positive comments that i can give. It‘s about 15-29 minutes to El Nido Town. Tricycle cost ₱100.00 everytim. Airport transfer cost ₱1,200 "
