Appartement is gelegen in een beveiligd complex, met 2 zwembaden voor volwassenen en kinderen, een uniek kenmerk in Lagos Marina. Het is dichtbij genoeg om alles te bereiken dat Lagos te voet te bieden heeft, een auto is niet vereist. Gasten die in dit mooie complex verblijven, kunnen genieten van de prachtig onderhouden tuinen met ligstoelen en parasols. De tuin is omheind om ervoor te zorgen dat het zijn exclusiviteit behoudt en privacy biedt aan zijn gasten. Er is slechts een klein aantal appartementen op dit zeer gewilde complex met een ontspannen en vriendelijke sfeer en biedt zijn gasten de ruimte om te ontspannen en te genieten van de fantastische faciliteiten. Er is een grote supermarkt aan de overkant van de weg aan de achterkant van het appartement die tot 20:30 uur opent. Er is echt iets voor iedereen hier en met alles voor de deur, en het is ook bij uitstek geschikt voor gezinnen. Balkon is veilig voor kinderen, het is een gemakkelijke en zeer mooie wandeling naar de stad. Het appartement en het complex is zeer veilig. Beveiliging is van het allergrootste belang en wordt mogelijk gemaakt door 24 uur bewakers. Het balkon is een geweldige zonwering, ideaal voor loungen in de ochtend of ochtendontbijt, avondmaaltijden en drankjes. Er is gratis wifi.

Excellent Property

The apartment had all you could want as a base in Lagos and is very excellently managed by Rentalgest. The location is perfect for exploring Lagos and also for escaping to other areas in the Western Algarve.The apartment is clean, and the kitchen has all the utensils you will require. The furniture is good, only draw back that the couches aren’t the best material for the heat.The balcony is excellent, shaded at all times and very spacious, a great area to sit and relax. The bedrooms are well proportioned, with plenty of storage and having two bathrooms is a major plus. The whole apartment complex is very well maintained and managed and the pool is very well maintained and a great size.I would highly recommend.

Télécommande HS La gestionnaire devait revenir vers nous avec une télécommande qui fonctionne mais nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelles

Property location is nice, walking distance to the city Centre and beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped. However check in process was very confusing and misleading. We received email that we can check in at 11am but when arrived at the city we were told that the apartment will not be available until 7pm due to someone paid for extended stay. Communication with staff also wasn’t t very good

Nice trip to Lagos

The flat was conveniently located with easy & safe parking. The pool was great. Being right off the marina made it easy to access activities and restaurants. The flat had good access to the ocean breezes but it was.nice ro have air conditioning too.

Super appartement - mauvaise gestion

Séjour de 4 nuits. Le logement est bien situé, près de la marina, à 10 min d’une magnifique plage et à 10 minutes du centre ville, il y a un supermarché à côté. Le logement est grand, avec une terrasse donnant sur la belle grande piscine. (Propre, avec plusieurs chaises longues). Par contre, le mobilier et l’équipement sont usés et désuets. Lits inconfortables (nous avons mal dormis), vieux draps, couvre-lit taché, les essuies vaisselles étaient sales à notre arrivée. Le grille-pain ne fonctionne pas. La machine à laver défectueuse (a taché nos vêtements). Nous avons averti le propriétaire qui ne nous a pas répondu. Pour prévoir le check in et suite à l’arrivée, on ne fait plus affaire avec le propriétaire mais avec une compagnie de gestion. Toute demande faite est restée sans réponse ou refusée (même des sacs à poubelle et du papier de toilette!?!) Lors de l’arrivée, la personne était à l’heure pour nous remettre les clés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Lagos mais ne conseillons pas à cet appartement.

Location close to shops, pool area was very relaxing only negative was maintenance of outside, painting and scaffolding was in close proximity to our balcony. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Ideal apartment for short stay in Lagos

This was a lovely apartment in a quiet part of the marina complex. Being situated in the corner, it was not gettting the sun on the balcony fully (we stayed during the first week of May; thus this may change later in the summer); but the advantage was that the apartment did not get hot (we didn't use/need the AC units) and it had a lovely view across the marina to Lagos. The kitchen is well stocked, but there is limited worktop space for food preparation if you need to/want to cook. Although I'm not sure you'd want to cook, given the fantastic restaurants in Lagos - the best of which is the Don Sebastiao; we always eat there when we visit Lagos. English language channels on the TV are limited; and it would have been

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely, clean & in a great location. Communication with the property owner was excellent throughout. However be warned there is not enough sun beds or umbrellas around the pool area, all of them are ‘reserved’ with towels on them by 7.30am….The only option then being to lay on damp, lumpy grass!

Nice place, great location.

The condo was very nice, clean, great patio with a pool view. The location was perfect. Walkable to town and the beach. Check in was easy as long as you had cell service to be able to make calls. I’d recommend this condo for sure.

A really conveniently located property - a pleasant 20 minute walk through Marina into the Town and opposite a large supermarket. In a quiet area. The apartment was lovely with everything you needed on hand. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back to Lagos in the future.

Perfect location

The apartment was situated in the perfect location for us (we were there for over six weeks) with easy access to everything, really loved being on the marina with nice views over Lagos. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by the management.
