Luxe nieuwe Marina apt met panoramisch uitzicht

Prachtig appartement met ongerept panoramisch uitzicht op de prachtige jachthaven / stad, een zeer gewilde locatie, ruim, ans lichte appartement aan de jachthaven, nieuw appartement met alles gloednieuw, zoals thuis weg van huis.

We hebben het appartement ingericht met kwaliteitsmeubilair en een comfortabel kingsize bed.

We hebben een groot slaapbank met dubbel bed dat uitkijkt op het fantastische panoramisch uitzicht.

De zon trekt het begin van de middag op het balkon, zodat u een lekkere maaltijd kunt genieten en een glas fijne Portugese wijn die van de zon en het uitzicht geniet.
Het zwembad is omringd met prachtige afdekkingen en planten en is erg rustig en ontspannend. Het wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt en heeft een kinderbad en een kleine waterfunctie om te spelen.

We hebben alle Engelse kanalen en gratis WiFi

Er is geen behoefte aan een auto hier, want het strand ligt op slechts 10 minuten loopafstand door de jachthaven. De stad ligt ook op 10 minuten loopafstand, er is een grote supermarkt op de supermarkt 4 minuten lopen van het appartement en er zijn pubs, cafés en Restaurants op slechts 2 minuten afstand, deze hebben een geweldige muziek 's nachts en serveren heerlijk eten.

Er zijn 4 andere restaurants in de buurt van meia praia beach allemaal binnen 10 minuten lopen met uitzicht op de zee en redelijk geprijsd,
Er is Pizza hut op de jachthaven en geldautomaat, veel gratis parkeergelegenheid vlak buiten de weg van het appartement.
Het busstation ligt net over de wandeling over de brug, dat is ongeveer 6 minuten lopen en het station is ongeveer 4 minuten lopen.
Er zijn geen heuvels om te beklimmen, wat een grote bonus is in de hete zon!

We hebben een Engels sprekende manager die u adviseert over plaatsen om te zien en andere lokale informatie.

Fijn verblijf

Modern en ruim appartement, goed uitgerust en prima locatie. Groot ZW gericht terras met verzicht op de Marina. Minpuntjes : druk verkeer en geen gebruiksaanwijzing voor de kookplaat aanwezig. Dit werd snel opgelost door het agentschap. Voor herhaling vatbaar !

Schitterend appartement met alles erop en eraan. Gezellig en modern ingericht. Op loopafstand van het centrum en de zee. Wel aan een rotonde, dus vaak geluid van auto's.

The apartment is just as pictured in the listing. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, and the balcony has afternoon and evening sun. The on site swimming pool is an added bonus! The location is ideal for Lagos old town, the marina, and beaches. Michaela and her team were very accommodating to a change in our arrival time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great Apartment Overlooking the Marina Area

This was our second time visiting Lagos in the last year. We enjoyed our stay at Micaela’s Condo, and overall it is very well equipped. Of significant note is there is no dryer as indicated in the listing. There is a drying rack, so we made do, but admittedly we chose this over another listing because we thought there was going to be a dryer. The on-site hosts really make this property excellent. Karel picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining, and Estela came once to bail us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. They both go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. We would stay here again, but the listing really should be updated to reflect the available amenities. Thank you.

Absolute gem

This condo has EVERYTHING you would need! The pictures do not do it justice. We were so surprised to find an immaculate apartment with a huge balcony. Having a washer in the unit was so practical! They even have a dishwasher and everything you would need in kitchen. The pool is so beautiful and there are always spots. Great for older people, couples and families. We were greeted by the owner and she is very kind and helpful. Communication with her was so easy. Is was nice to have a bathtub, shower and bidet. There is a hairdryer which is so great and an ironing board. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and easily sleeps an extra person. There is a big table on the patio and lounge chairs which makes it perfect to dine while watching the sun set from the balcony every night. Having a car is definitely a plus but for those without you are literally a 5 minute walk away from the marina and restaurants. The location of this apartment is so perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but yet still so close. You will be a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs to take with you to the beach. They have a variety of English channels on the TV. This space is spotless and we were so comfortable during our week long stay. We are sad to be leaving. Do not hesitate to book.

This top floor apartment is in an excellent location for all amenities. The only downside is the very busy roundabout below, which we knew of before we booked. The apartment is well furnished, with a very necessary outside sunblind, as the balcony can be extremely hot, having the afternoon and evening sun.

Bright & Spacious close to Marina

We stayed for the month of February 2023 and found the apartment well equipped for our needs. Our original booking in the Marina was cancelled and it was relisted at a considerably higher rate. The management co. for that property was very difficult to deal with, we feel that having good communications with a host is very important to us and were glad to rebook with Michaela. The weather was cooler than we have experienced in other years, however we realize the host has no control over this. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

A very clean one bed appt with good facilities. There was a lady who lives on-site who met us & gave us guided tour & useful info she was excellent an asset to the owners. The main down side is the very noisy main road the appt balcony looks out onto we didn’t mind too much but could affect some people. The pool was just across road it was secure & clean with shower & toilets available. We really enjoyed our stay here & would book again.

We spent a week in January 2020 to visit family, the property was very well located and a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants which meant you could leave the car and walk. As you would expect in the closed season some od the restaurants were closed, but we were expecting this. The Apartment was clean and had everything we required during our week.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location

Booking was easy from start to finish and apartment was exactly as decribed if not better . Well eqipped with everythong you need, we spent a few afternoons just chilling on the spacious balcony , which was a bit noisy at times with traffic but was easily ignored reading a good book ! Lagos marina is a lovely place with lovely eating places and bars, as was the old town . After visiting The algarve a few times in various places, Lagos has won our hearts we will definately be back again and will certainly book this amazing apartment. Thanks again x

Buen apartamento en buena situación

Tercer año en Lagos y conocíamos la urbanización. La situación está muy bien para ir dando un paseo al centro y a 5 minutos de la playa andando. Al lado de la Marina de Lagos. Además si quieres hacer excursiones buen aparcamiento y buenos accesos en coche. Para nosotros el mejor sitio de Lagos. Y respecto al apartamento está muy bien. Amplio, nuevo y con todo lo básico para pasar unos días de vacaciones.
