'I enjoyed my 2 week stay at this hotel. Bolu was the star, she made my stay extremely memorable. Very courteous, knowledgeable,compassionate. Besides Bolu, other staff and everyone I came in contact with were polite and respectful. The only complaint will be the drainage in the Lisbon room restroom. '
