'I went here alone for my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for better people on staff. They were super kind and most of them spoke English so communication was no issue! As a woman traveling alone I often have to be on guard but I felt very relaxed and safe here. They even sang me happy birthday and gave me a big piece of tres leches! The man who hosted karaoke did a great job with entertainment as well. Honestly such a wonderful experience when I come to Cabos again I will stay here again'

'It’s a beautiful place however they always seem to try and charge additional fees. For example, they tried to charge me a $225 “resort fee” no explanation other than Expedia said they had to do it. They did not upgrade my room even though I’m a VIP member and they had rooms available. '

'I visited with my family and had a wonderful time. The property is clean and well maintained, the staff was attentive and just plain nice. I especially liked that the "all inclusive" was really all inclusive, without a bunch of miscellaneous "fees" and other sudden "costs" necessary to have a great time. We are hoping to make this an annual Mother's Day trip!'

'The property and stuff are outstanding! We traveled with 3 little kids. I wish the menus for the children were a bit price friendly... Paying $150 for 3 sets of pancakes and 3 orange juices mixed with water seems a bit too much. Other than that ... it was amazing. The property is walkable and safe. Gourgeous interior and outdoors, separate areas for kids and adults. Beautiful beach, although when we went in May the water was a bit cold. The stuff is very very friendly and nice. '
