'The continental breakfast was not the best. Sausage cold and different looking, not too good. Eggs were okay. The elevator was warm and smelled of oil or something, stunk. House keeping were not very friendly, said, Hi and no response.'

'I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing.'

'Quiet. Only complaint was bathroom In pool area needs a good cleaning but it was at the end of the day so that might have been why it was so bad. Water pressure in showers is light.'

'I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. I had just driven 8 hours to the location and was very fatigued and tired and sat...

'We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children!'

'We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in.
