'We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service'

'Breakfast was good - - a variety of different things. Rooms were clean. The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet.'

'1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get.'

'We had a lakeside kitchenette, with 2 queen beds. The view of the lake was beautiful. The pool looked like fun but we didn’t have time for it. Fishing was ok, a couple small bluegills caught on worms. For the price, you can’t beat this place. Our kitchenette had everything we needed except the food, pots, pans, utensils etc. very close to all the action that the Dells have to offer. Definitely worth it and will be coming back again.'

'Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.'

'Our sheets were dirty. The ones given to replace were wet and smelled of chemicals. The noise was absolutely horrible. No consideration for other people at all. The water does not get hot. Overall not a good experience. We even left earlier than needed.'

'Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.'
