'Waited 2 hours in line to check in. Patio door on balcony was almost impossible to open and close. Coffee maker in the room was missing the basket. Neighbors in the next room and above were so loud kept us up all night. No clock at all in the room. Microwave and pools were dirty. Very overpriced for what we got. Will not be staying there again.'

'We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service'

'Our sheets were dirty. The ones given to replace were wet and smelled of chemicals. The noise was absolutely horrible. No consideration for other people at all. The water does not get hot. Overall not a good experience. We even left earlier than needed.'
