'This property needs deep cleaning, door mats were missing so can’t clean shoes while entering, Hoover was not working, cooktop exhaust not working, curtains were smelling.'

'Great location, 5 mins to the beach and minutes to various cafes The place has been built recently and is nice and fresh inside '

'Everything was good'

'Host was patient and kind with my late arrival. Accommodating was gorgeous '

'Great place and very quiet neighborhood. Nice to hear the waves at night. Great view from the balcony. The hosts were fantastic and we were greeted with a great smile. She answered all our queries and is full of knowledge about the area. We had a nice platter and a bottle of wine on arrival which was very thoughtful. We definitely recommend and hopefully we can come back again. '

'The host, the property, and the house were so welcoming. We were literally only there for a sleepover as we were attending a Christmas party on the same street. We will definitely be booking again for a longer stay. Highly recommend!'

'Lovely relaxing g home'

'Overall pretty expensive stay'

'The house is in a good location and clean and the manager is very nice in communication. However the house must be the owner’s main residence as it is full of stuffs everywhere. There are no kitchen cleaning towel or paper supplied, no detergents either. It is a suggestion that you are not welcome to use the kitchen. The shampoo and soap in the bathroom are mixed match products and leftovers and the bath towels don’t look very clean, but we brought and used our own and didn’t need see them...

'A beautiful & immaculately clean place to stay. Especially wonderful if you are travelling with your dog. Bantha had a wonderful time doing zoomies in the yard!'

'Fantastic host, man met us at the gate and welcomed us in, had a bonfire lit ready for our stay. Gave us plenty of recommendations and was a great help. Quiet location on a bush block and close to Lakes Entrance. The tiny house had everything we needed, will definitely be staying again.'

'Comfortable Studio in a lovely bush setting, easy access to Lakeside walking path at quiet end of Paynesville. Would happily stay again.'
