'Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer Service My room at the Hampton Inn in Crown Point had a strong, musty smell throughout my five-night stay. I reported it to the front desk and was told the carpets were scheduled to be cleaned the next day. Instead, I had to walk on wet carpet for the rest of the day, and the smell never went away. What was most disappointing was that no one offered to move me to another room. I expected better cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, my concerns...

'Super clean nice gym'

'Sadly, there was quite a bit of trash outside the facility. The room we were given was in between two entrances and next to the stairs. We were woken several times due to slamming doors and talking when smokers were going in and out. The microwave on site took over 3 minutes to warm anything. The staff were nice, the room was clean. Our room looked NOTHING like the photo.'

'The hotel needs a make over. Carpets are dirty, furniture dirty, walls have cracks in them, the area around the windows were rusted and dirty, hallways had tape on the carpet in several areas and the breakfast was AWFUL! My son went to have cereal and the carton of milk was CHUNKY! My daughter had gone down before and said the potatoes were raw and the sausage looked burnt. This will be my LAST stay at this hotel'

'The property was good though they are renovating; excellent breakfast BUT. Expedia charged us $100 more for the 3 nights than the hotel said we paid. So Expedia must have gotten that $100. Won't use them again.'
