'The property was very cute and clean and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do while visiting. I am glad I went this route instead of getting a hotel room. It was the perfect trip for my sons birthday.'

'The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations.'

'The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure.'

'Property was beautiful & had added special touches. Comfortable bed & all the amenities of home. We would definitely book again. Only downside was upstairs neighbors were very heavy walkers & a child was running late at night. Even with that we would stay again.'

'The condo was perfect for our one month stay and very well equipped with everything we could want. The location is near the PCH side of the complex, but we were never bothered with traffic noise and actually enjoyed the fact that the views from the windows were of the lovely landscaping and gardens.. We would love to return for another visit. Margarita was wonderful to deal with and always very responsive and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!'

'This property was perfect for our family. We wanted a location close to the pier with a great view and jacuzzi. The property had everything we neeeded. Everything was clean and in working order. 'We love SoCal after living there for a bit. Was so fun to return and be close to all our favorite things. The place was perfect for our family of four and really close walk to the beach, San Clemente trail, and the pier. The property management was very responsive, we had the coffee maker fail and they had a new one there by the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!'

'Everything here was clean and well kept. The hot water faucet in the kitchen is difficult to get hot water from and we struggled with that some. They were quick to answer our need for supplies and the place was quiet. The only real problem, for anyone our age, is the no parking. Sometimes we had to walk farther than was comfortable for our age and conditions often up steep hill with grocery bags ugh. We survived and probably got stronger. But if you're fit, or trying to be, you will get good...

'We enjoyed our visit. The place was nice and cozy. The location was in a gated community and convenient to all that the area had to offer. The online photos showed a gas fireplace (in use). We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes....

'Great apartment and perfect location. Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views....Would recommend! We did have an issue that required help from Vacasa. The gate on the garage door closed on our rental car and caused major damage. Vacasa was easily reached but never followed up with us after couple of calls and several texts. I just wished the follow up would of happened and at least show a little concern.'

'Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

'The shower head in the master bedroom leaks and needs to be replaced, a dead mouse was in the garage-we swept it to the street gutter and there were no Kleenex tissues in the house, a box would have been nice. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. One block from the ocean can't be beat!'

'This place is a hidden gem. Upon walking in there's a feeling of being at home. The place is spotless and well maintained.This is definitely a home you will want to re-visit time and time again! The large jacuzzi(can you say Awesome) is where we spent most of our time. The Host is a phone call away to address any questions, and is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Kim, for a warm welcoming to your home.'
