'We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. The pool needs a bit of attention and the hot tub wasn’t even on, it was just hot water. Many times when I went into the office there was nobody there and I had to come back. It wasn’t the worst stay I’ve ever had and I would stay again.'
