After about 10 minutes got a message that the receptionist would be right there. After another 10 minutes, she arrived and gave us our keys. The hotel had no bicycles for free use as mentioned online. The pool was dirty and the next morning, it was closed for "maintenance". No bars of soap in the bathroom. 'The owner and staff are amazing. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a really long time - and included made to order options. The room was cozy and comfortable. There was also a patio where I was able to read.'
