'Very good place to stay.!'

'It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and laundry needs. The coffee pot is drip in case someone wants to know about Keurig. There is a good blender for smoothies. The host communicated in a timely way. The parking was the only glitch. The assigned 2 spots are tight and require parking talent for a small suv. This seems to be...

'The highlights of the property were that it was accommodating for my kids and family and close to the highway. Although coming in off the highway, the area has a lot of traffic. Normal for California but in this situation you are funneled into one option and stuck. The host and his team were extremely communicative but even this had its drawbacks back as the messages they sent me were frequent and even as late as 11:30 at night. There was also extra paperwork and documents, even after we arrived...

'Hosts are very responsive. Provided great instructions. Our place was excellent. 2 blocks from the beach'

'Beautiful space. Very easy to find. Parking lot made it convenient. The outdoor spaces had amazing views. Very quiet.'

'We travel to the coast four or five times a year. So, I decided to look into VRBO rather than hotels. Our grown children and our grandchildren live in the Huntington Beach area, so staying in the vicinity is key. This apartment was close enough but the street noise was too loud for us. We thought the decor was cute but the living area furniture was low sitting and not very comfortable. The kitchen was very cute. I was disappointed that the “coffee maker” was for pods. They had 3 regular coffee...

'Very comfortable stay. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Convenient location for beaches and theme parks.'

'Great location and communication with property owner. Refrigerator was not working well and could not keep our things cold. Maintenance did come out but think it was beyond repair. Parking spots are directly in front of unit and they block your door. Should be marked better so they do not block your entrance. Think that is our unit issue. Just an idea. Really liked the deck and view would stay again. Thank you!'

'I appreciated the detailed interactions - these folks have their processes wired. The standard is basic - deliver what is promised, and they do just that. Thanks!'
