'The room and staff are excellent. But my car was broke and I had to get road side assistance and I had to finally check in 7hours late almostissed check in time. After driving in the dark and rush hour,which I planned my trip around,but because the car,they switched me for. I originally book a sports car three months in advance. And they gave me an electric car not even charged up. Well on the spot and ola very tight time schedule,I was stuck with what they gave me. And it's been a disaster. But...

'Fantastic stay from start to finish. Reminds me of the peak luxury experiences I've had at much pricier hotels in big cities. So glad I chose this one, and it's now my hotel of choice in DFW. The location is ideal for getting to my favorite spots in town. And the staff were so courteous and respectful, I wish I could've stayed longer! The hotel is so clean and the art deco in the building was just what I needed to relax and get away for the weekend. Looking forward to trying their amenities next...
