'What a unique experience. Not only was the stay in a caboose all it was hyped up to be, the location was wonderful. Quick access to cute animals like goats, bunnies, pigeons and tiny horses not to mention the bison farm. Right next door is a wonderful little shop and game room'

'We had a wonderful stay!! Plenty of room for the 7 of us and our dog. We loved the big yard and fire pit area, the grand kids had plenty of room to go outside to run and play. We made s’mores and roasted wieners. The hot tub and ping pong table were also big hits! Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets! I was walking our dog early one morning and we saw an elk crossing the driveway. Clayton was a great host and messaged me the day before check-in, to let us know we could check in earlier than 4...

'Great home for a night after a long drive. Price is reasonable for 2 families splitting the tab, but the area is up and coming. Not quite a destination yet. The updated home is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I wish the outdoor space was more inviting.'

'Love the comfy living room furniture and big beds. Perfect neighborhood. Always enjoy staying at this house each year!'

'Amazing view from the porch. Loved the whole neighborhood. So close to Waynesville. We had a lovely quiet three day vacation.'

'The Medicine House was a wonderful experience. The beautiful porch and floor ro ceiling windows made the mountains part of the house. I would definitely stay there again. The hosts were extremely attentive and very detailed. It was excellent!'

'The house was conveniently located, spacious and very clean. My family and I came up for the WNC jeep fest weekend. Check in was easy and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely visit again'

'We liked the house and the location. The only thing was that there were quite a few bugs and flies inside the house. I understand that this can happen given that the property is surrounded by woods, but the kids were a little scared of them.Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the place. Thank you so much for hosting us!'

'Located centrally to Maggie Valley, 5 minutes to the BRP. Beautiful deck and screened in porch. Great restaurants nearby, Joey's pancake House and Pops place for breakfast, Guayabito's Mexican restaurant for dinner. Host explained house well and was welcoming.'

'Very nice but be prepared for the steps. Very steep'

'Very cute, fun place to stay. The toilet room is very tiny and offers the neighbors a direct view of your bathroom business though. Could use some curtains on front of bus to prevent.'
