'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

'Self pay parking, busy area to drive in but lots available for dining and mall-style shopping.'

'First room had no power or AC. We were told they did not have another room with 3 beds so one of our party had to sleep on the floor. Elevators were sketchy. Lady at the front was rude about switching our rooms. It was just a terrible experience and we will not be starting here again.'

'2days after my stay my credit card was hacked and i only used my card in this hotel. It was illegally used to buy auto parts in the Gainesville area!!!!! I can't accuse anybody, but it felt very strange.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'
