'I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'The rooms were very big and fit our family of five well this was a last-minute stay as the hotel we booked (in a different city) was awful and we had to drive and find another hotel. I was super pleased with this stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was super close to the mall and Topgolf.'

'The room was very clean and staff was welcoming. The breakfast was great and the kids loved it overall. My only con was that we were on spring break and the pool wasn't even open. The kids were disappointed about that. But would definitely stay again.'
