'Overpriced. This house is not in a peaceful lakeside location as the heading suggests. It is located just off a busy main road. There is no lake in sight.The house is basic, one pro is that the beds were comfortable. The owner also requires damage insurance to be taken out before booking. This made it much more expensive than equivalent properties that we have stayed in.'

'We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for the 6 of us while we were in Gainesville for a wedding. The owner is awesome and was always only a text away. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. If anyone is thinking of staying in Gainesville look no further, this is the place. You can set outside on the patio and we saw...
