'We were 4 friends (2 couples) and we enjoyed our Oceanside Beach weekend. Comfortable and relaxed. Easy check in and great location. Direct view to ocean and short walk to Beach or market. Unit was clean and big enough for 4 of us to enjoy time together or quiet if we wanted. Furniture has seen a bit of wear and was mix and match in style which is typical if a rental. But all was comfortable and all linens new and clean. Limited kitchen ware if you are planning on cooking. Asked for a propane...

'Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...
