'This is our favorite place to stay when we are out visiting family. The rooms are huge and very clean. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge. The bed was a little firm but ok. The shower is HOT!! Which was an added plus because it was very cold while we were there. Only complaint is the bathroom doesn’t have a lot of space for toiletries. If they would just replace the small shelf in the bathroom with a larger one it would be perfect. But the best thing about staying there is the staff. We arrived...

'The resort was excellent and the staff great. However, Expedia info/ picture was incorrect on the oceanfront room and we had to upgrade at the facility to get the room we wanted and yes it cost more. Please fix the discrepancy. '

'Prima hotel op loopafstand van de metro naar Boston en op 6 minuten rijden van het strand. Door een stroomstoring werkte onze sleutelkaart niet en werden wij 3 dagen lang door de receptiemedewerker naar onze kamer gebracht worden. Dit was het enige minpuntje. '

'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'The pool was nice, but this 'hotel' in reality is a rundown converted motel. It's hot, it's dirty, it's rundown and the staff doesn't really seem friendly at all. Parking in this industrial area is $10 per night, which is insane. Dinner options are limited. Our room was on the highway side. It was LOUD. No proper sound isolation to speak of. Wifi just didn't work at all, bad reception and slow where there was reception.'

'It is surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel is outdated and dirty, especially the elevator. The floor in the room was very sticky and dirty and some towels were dirty as well. Also very noisy. Do not recommend!'
