We ended up needing a 2nd room and ran into the exact same problem with different staff. I asked for the manager and he just gave me excuses and attitude. We will never step foot in ANY Ceaser's owned establishment ever again after this experience. ZERO star experience! NOT RECCOMENDED.'

'We had a fabulous stay at this property! Our room was clean, spacious and worked well for 5 adults (could accommodate more).The host provided a lot of helpful details prior to our visit. The kitchen was well stocked & you can walk accross the street to Target for groceries. You absolutely can not beat this location for gondola access. We rented skis on-site and a short walk up a set of stairs and you are at the gondola. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs...
