The Charming Tahoe Cabin ligt op slechts 2 blokken van Spectacular Lake Tahoe en 2 mijl van Heavenly Ski Resort en Nevada Casino's! We zijn huisdiervriendelijk en hebben 4 volwassen fietsen voor uw gebruik! We hebben ook een hot tub schoongemaakt na elk bezoek!

The Charming Tahoe Cabin ligt in een bosrijke omgeving op slechts 2 blokken van Spectacular Lake Tahoe en 3,2 km van Heavenly Ski Resort and Casino's. En gelegen op 4 blokken van een prachtige bergweide. De cabine heeft een bubbelbad, open haard, grote flatscreen HDTV, draadloos internet, 4 fietsen voor volwassenen en een grote, omheinde achtertuin. We zijn huisdiervriendelijk.

De stad South Lake Tahoe vereist dat we op elk moment slechts 8 inzittenden en 2 auto's op het terrein hebben. De stad heeft een nieuwe verordening die een boete van $ 1.000 vereist voor de gast en de huiseigenaar voor elke keer dat er een overtreding is. Daarom zijn slechts 8 inzittenden en 2 auto's toegestaan op het terrein.

De cabine is prachtig gerenoveerd. Beneden slaapkamer heeft een dubbel hout gesneden bed en een massief grenen kast. Een slaapkamer boven heeft een log queensize bed en een log eenpersoonsbed, ook een kabel-tv en spelletjes voor de kinderen. De andere slaapkamer boven heeft een log queensize bed en een log eenpersoonsbed met grenen meubels en telefoon. Er is ook een neerklapbare bank. Op het redwood-dek is er een Hot Tub om op te warmen op koude nachten en kijk naar de sterren. Kook op de Gas Grill en geniet van de zonnige grote omheinde achtertuin. We bieden 2 gastanks om ervoor te zorgen dat je tijdens het grillen niet zonder gas komt te zitten.


Bootverhuur, skiverhuur, fietsverhuur en paardrijden zijn allemaal binnen 10 minuten rijden.

Voorzieningen: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, Hot Tub, Fietsen, Deck, Terrasmeubilair, Gas Grill. Grote omheinde achtertuin. Keuken heeft wasmachine en droger, magnetron, vaatwasser, granieten aanrecht en grenen eettafel met plaats voor negen. Woonkamer heeft een groot scherm HDTV, stereo, CD, videorecorder, DVD, telefoon, open haard en een slaapbank. Er zijn diverse spellen voor het hele gezin om van te genieten. Strijkijzer en strijkplank en föhn zijn ook beschikbaar.

Activiteiten: Er is voor elk wat wils op Lake Tahoe. U kunt zwemmen, varen, vissen in het meer. Ga op fietstochten of maak een wandeling op de vele paden. Voor de golfer zijn er 3 banen op 10-20 minuten rijden. Er zijn veel skigebieden van wereldklasse die het meer omringen voor skiërs, snowboarders, sleeën en snowtubing. Heavenly Ski Resort ligt op slechts 3,2 km afstand. Voor de cowboy in u is er paardrijden op slechts 10 minuten afstand!

Bezoek de eeuwwisseling herenhuizen van Vahalla op Richardson Beach of Vikingsholm in Emerald Bay. Huur een boot en cruise rond het meer, of neem een van de schoepenboten, Tahoe Queen of M. S. Dixie voor een rondleiding over het meer.

Maak een korte rit naar Nevada en verken de steden en goudmijnen.

Er is voor elk wat wils op Lake Tahoe.

Gebied: Lake Tahoe is de parel van de Sierra Mountains, met zijn helderblauwe water om te varen, zwemmen en vissen. Het skiën en snowboarden is van wereldklasse.

Ten slotte schreef een van onze favoriete auteurs, Samuel Clemens van Mark Twain Fame, ooit: 'Om de lucht te ademen die engelen inademen, ga je naar Lake Tahoe.' Hij heeft gelijk. De lucht met de zoete, schone dennengeur is absoluut geweldig.

Cute cabin by the lake!

We had a lovely stay in this adorable cabin 2 blocks from the lake. My husband and I stayed for a month and enjoyed hosting family and friends for weekends. The dogs loved the fenced backyard. Great hot tub. Mary was very responsive and great to work with. We will be coming back.

I had a great month long stay in this great little cabin had everything we needed to enjoy the surrounds of the nearby lake within walking distance and a dog park. Neighborhood is perfectly located to everything. The hot tub and gas fireplace are a plus. Host were great communicators on everything we needed.

Cozy Cabin

Our family of 5 and our two dogs stayed for 3 months (May-Aug). The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of kitchenware, the backyard is fenced in which was great for the dogs. Steve and Mary were just a quick call away and responded promptly! Being only two short blocks away from the beach and park was awesome! Having access to the bikes was a nice added bonus.

What a perfect spot in walking distance from everything good! A block away from the beautiful lake; an eyesight catch! Was not expecting all the accomodations here. Everything in house so up to date, upkept, and the maintained spa so easy to use. 500 plus Premium channels to watch on TV for in home days, nights. Bicycles at hand, per host, to enjoy cruising around town in beautiful weather. Supplies for laundry, dishwashing, toiletries are fully stocked. The cabin is considerably more "Charming" than I had imagined via the photos. Pets loved it, too! (Huge back yard!) Hosts are quick to respond and were great at answering my curiosities about eateries and any concerns about the cabin. There is also an information binder with a list of favorited available activities.. along with town ordinances, cabin care/ access (for less chatty guests) to keep things simple. Neighbors are great, too! Think we have found our Tahoe stay! Until next time... Thank you!

Great location for a ski lease!

We rented the house for 3 months (Jan-March 2022) and had a great time. The space was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 small dog. The fenced backyard was great for the dog and the hot tub was great for us! We'd definitely stay here again, and the location is really convenient for skiing at Heavenly and restaurants/shopping in South Lake. You can also walk to the waterfront path or a small playground!

Cozy log cabin

During our 2 month stay our contact with the owners was wonderful. Whenever we had a concern it was quickly addressed. Everything about our stay was incredible. The only single issue was the spa. It only functioned properly for the first week of our stay. The owners did send out repairmen, but ultimately the spa was not consistent. The internet connection is a life saver due to the horrible cellular reception (AT&T). During our 2 month stay we only had to reset it once. Ultimately we were so happy we left the owners with a gift. That should say it all.

Nice little cabin.

This property was clean and very quaint. The owners had it stocked very well with dishes and utensils. The bedding was excellent and the decorations were perfect for a Tahoe cabin. Nothing fancy. The overall home was not updated to the latest but it all worked and that’s what’s important. The outside yard was excellent for the dog and kiddo to play (huge bonus) and the hot tub was lovely. I would stay here again.

We had a great time at this cabin! We walked down to the water multiple times a day and were only minutes from downtown. The place was pretty clean for the most part, however, there was an obvious ant and rodent problem. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Very well maintained. Clean and very cozy. Kitchen has lots of utensils. Hot tub is great and my kiddos enjoyed it. washer, dryer, heater - all fully functional with no trouble. Owner is very responsive and they revert back quickly for any question.

Great home

We rented this property as it has stellar reviews and also one of the very few ones that allow pets to stay. The property is in a nice and accessible neighborhood and the lake is just a couple of blocks away from the house. The unit itself was in a very clean condition and it had nice sized backyard for our pet to move around. Hot tub was available, but we didn't end up using it. WiFi didn't work in the first floor bedroom and the water heater is too small to supply enough hot water for a larger party. Otherwise we have had a great stay.

Great place and location

Very cute property just as described. Plenty of beds, fenced in yard for dogs, easy check in, driveway for 2 cars. Stairs are a bit steep, but there is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for those with mobility issues. Right near plenty of dining, Heavenly, and the lake itself. They were kind enough to provide mini shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms for those forgetful souls who forgot to pack them! Highly recommended if you need a place to stay in South Lake Tahoe!

Perfect cozy cabin

We really enjoyed our four night stay. Everything was as advertised. Downstairs had a queen bedroom, on the small side but it's just a place to sleep. Upstairs had two bigger more spacious bedrooms. Twin/full size beds with tv in one. Twin/queen with no tv in the other. Dining table can fit six. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners and breakfast. We just brought our own food. Hot tub, pet friendly enclosed back yard, bicycles, sleds, fire place. We couldn't have needed more. The hot tub was ready for us as soon as we settled in the first night. Everything was super clean, never once did I feel an "ick" factor. The whole experience was comfortable and was a home away from home.

Fall in Tahoe

Our stay at the Charming Cabin was great, it was comfortable and cozy. Our kids enjoyed the movie selection. We stayed Nov 4-7, 2020. It was a cute cabin, we really enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub was really nice,. We couldn’t get the grill to work properly, not sure if it was no propane or if there was an issue with the grill. The bikes were a nice bonus, we used them to ride to the beach which was very very close. It snowed for the first time in the season... we woke up to 7-8 inches on our last day. Couldn’t find the key to get into shed to get the snow shovel and salt but we understood because snow wasn’t expected. When we left, the cleaning person and spa person were waiting outside. Overall stay was great and we would stay here again!

The Most Charming Cabin – Right by the Lake!

This charming cabin felt so cozy, warm, welcoming, and homey. It was all I imagined from the pictures and more. It exceeded my expectations, and I was so pleased with the home's charm and amenities. I hope to return very soon!
