Geniet van de indrukwekkende kunstwerken die zijn geproduceerd en getoond door Michael Wischmeyer, avontuurlijke reiziger en fotograaf, wiens inspiratie kwam uit de 87 landen die hij bezocht - het reflecteert op elke muur en plank. Het is een geweldig huis, maar nog beter is de locatie met trappen naar Forest Land. Slechts een paar mijl van de hemelse California Base Lodge. Alles is minuten, 0,3 mijl naar Heavenly Ca. Base Lodge, 3 mijl naar Ski Run Marina / Beach, 3. 5 Miles naar casino's en winkels.

Wanneer u op zoek bent naar een thuisbasis voor uw perfecte Tahoe-vakantie, moeten veel dingen standaard zijn. Mooi schoon decor en meubilair, een keuken met een warme, comfortabele sfeer om in te verzamelen en te koken, een bubbelbad, grill, internettoegang en home entertainment-opties.

Overall great home and convenient location. Home was well appointed and just the right accessories to make for an enjoyable stay. House was well maintained, clean and very organized. Communication was good, it is very clear that S Lake Tahoe is very strict on noise complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m a clean freak and I found this home spotless. It is fully stocked and super cozy. The owner’s photographs on the walls is a nice touch. Michael was very communicative and friendly. I was happy there was no trace of pets since my son is allergic. I would stay here again no doubt!

50th Anniversary

My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary this June. I told my family that I didn’t want a party. My daughter suggested a trip instead. We picked South Lake Tahoe and she found this lovely one level house which I needed, I am using a walker. We had a total of 6 people, 4 adults and two teens. The house “fit” us all just fine. It is one of the best equipped kitchens and the bathrooms had everything we needed. We found the propane tank was low and Michael came over soon with two new tanks. The family enjoyed the Fuse-ball game and the hot tub. We were all very happy with this place. If we decide to do this trip again we would love to stay here.

Great time in South Lake Tahoe

We really enjoyed this stay - had 8 stay here and we slept pretty comfortably. Hot tub was excellent and always hot. Grill was available and worked perfectly. Lots of dishes etc perfect for a weekend getaway. We were a little annoyed with the quiet hours but once you hear how quiet it is in the neighborhood at night you understand . We were about 10-15 min from the casinos etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Quiet, close to town, water hearted was a little tricky, no access to garage, and quiet hours were 9:30 pm to 8 am which was not a problem for our family, just different from what was advertised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the very nice home in a quiet neighborhood and close to town. Definitely recommend this home.

house was great. had everything we needed and it kept adults, teens and kids busy. location was easy to find, and neighborhood was very friendly. this probably goes without being said, but be prepared for heavy snow in neighborhood roads. a big mistake my group had was taking a low profile car thinking it would get out with ease, but had issues with our chains, which caused us to get stuck before getting in the main road. many neighbors stopped to help which was really nice of them!

Simple, yet perfect

We just got home from a lovely 2 day stay at our home away from home, Micheal's home. The house is simple as I mentioned in my title but absolutely perfect. Clean, organized, everything you want or desire, but not cluttered. The location of the home is perfect. Close to Safeway, Casinos, downtown, and most importantly the snow! There is a ton of clean snow! The community is beautiful...just looking at the homes as you drive through the neighborhood is a treat in itself. We will be in Tahoe again soon and plan on staying at "Uncle Micheal's" place again! We have no relation, but that's how refer to him now because he was so kind and welcoming.

Very accommodating host, over and above any I have dealt with. Michael is not only a great host but wonderful photographer. Beautiful examples of his work all over the home. Perfect Heavenly Getaway

My wife, friends and I took an extending weekend to go to the nearby ski resorts. Nothing beats hopping in the hot tub after a full day on the slopes. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host is great with communication and was both responsive and helpful. We absolutely would stay at this property again in the future!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home that was very clean with everything you could need for a great stay. Small things like qtips, shampoo, body wash, lotion were all provided. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The only downside was the extreme rules of the neighborhood which we received by email an hour before arriving. Basically no using the hot tub after 9pm, no talking outside after 9 pm. My best friend and I both ladies in our 40s were looking forward to hotubbing at night after the kids went to bed. Not an option. Also there was a camera pointed at the hot tub (im guessing to ensure compliance) but was unnerving. I would stay in this house again, just plan for early hot tub dips.

Wonderful house!

This house is very nice and worked out great for our two families. Beautiful artwork and the house was very clean. Only comment is that the master bedroom seemed to be loud which I think we narrowed down to noise coming from the fire place in the family room. But once we figured that out, everything was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. The owner was responsive and very helpful with all of our unknown fear and questions regarding Covid processes and the local area concerns. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the grill, the hot tub, and foosball table available for our leisure! This place is a gem, clean, beautiful and centrally Located! Girls weekend

We had a great time!! The only unfortunate thing is that we lost power for two hours. We did contact the property manager, but wasnt able to help. He told us he had a generator, but didnt work. We had to wait it out. Everything was clean in the cabin. Also,the lock for the front door has issues. We had difficulties making sure the door was actually locked.
