'We needed a place to stay for my granddaughters cheer competition at Universal. This condo was perfect it had everything you would need. Very clean and the beds were comfy. Steve was always available to talk to. Thank you again for a fabulous time.'

'There wasn't much not to like. Playground and pool onsite. Easy parking and easy to get in and out of. Safe neighborhood, right across from a school. If I had to be picky, I could say it was a little further away from the parks due to traffic and lights but I have been to Kissimmee and Orlando many times and am very patient and plan for traffic. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!'

'The pictures listed above are accurate, and the place was clean for the most part. However, there was a mildew smell and we could not get rid of it. I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.'

Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!'

'Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away. My husband and I enjoyed our walk from the unit to the pool each day, however my son thought it was a bit of a hike. Coffees on...

While the beds and outdoor furniture were comfortable, the living room and dining room furniture were outdated and uncomfortable. 'There where crumbs and hairs on the floor when we got there. Also the accomodation was badly maintained (dirty spots on the walls where painted over in a different color). Furniture was stained. Playing tennis wasnt free sadly. '
