'Great xommunication and assistance with any questions we had or requests we had. Perfect location for us since we were traveling back and forth to Universal Studios during our stay. Busy neighborhood but very quiet. We seen alot of cars but we qere never disturbed by any noise. House was very clean and the family had nothing but good things to say aboit our housw choice. 'Communication, check-in, cleanliness, all 5 stars! The ONLY negative - these houses are very close to each other. We had a rowdy group next door who was partying with loud music, etc. The proximity makes this difficult. When the music, etc. continued into quiet hours - the security team was quick to respond.'

'There where crumbs and hairs on the floor when we got there. Also the accomodation was badly maintained (dirty spots on the walls where painted over in a different color). Furniture was stained. Playing tennis wasnt free sadly. '
