'The house was beautiful. It was only 4 of us but could've fit a football team! The back patio with the heated pool, jacuzzi, lights and TV was so wonderful! There were complimentary drinks and coffee. It was a pure joy! The most impressive thing was the host replied in MINUTES with any questions! A FANTASTIC experience! We never do a VRBO twice, but we are coming back.'

'We loved our stay at Fred’s home! Upon arrival it was very clean. All the beds were comfortable and anything communication sent before, during and after our stay was replied to within hours. We had 3 generations staying together and it was perfect for all the age ranges (as young as 9 and as old as 70). Handrails for the pool and spa were fantastic for my parents. Hands down would rent again or recommend this home!'

'ik ben er 8 nachten verbleven in november het huis was mooi maar er waren dingen bij die verouderd waren en die vervangen moeten worden zoals de droger die deed er erg lang over , de ventilators waren vies en vol stof en de hoezen over de bank zagen er niet uit de magnetron is luid en mag vervangen worden , het bed in de grote slaapkamer is wel erg hoog . de man die het zwembad moest schoon maken was wel erg snel klaar hij maakte het zwembad niet echt schoon hij gooide er alleen chloor in en was...

'The Exquisite Villa was perfect for our week in Florida attending the annual Sun n Fun event in Lakeland. We did not use the pool, but the house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of good restaurants in the area. The management very good with the information and easy check in/check out procedures. All in all, this house is exactly what we look for when we pick a place to stay.'

'There where crumbs and hairs on the floor when we got there. Also the accomodation was badly maintained (dirty spots on the walls where painted over in a different color). Furniture was stained. Playing tennis wasnt free sadly. '
