'Two other tenants, whom I did not meet have dogs that kept barking both during the day and especially at night. This prevents me from a restful evening and sleeping at night. They also stink up the joint. Perhaps the dogs should be kept OUTSIDE.'

The room itself was very clean and welcoming, however the property grounds could have used some upkeep. The nearby washer and dryer was convenient (just make sure you bring quarters).
