Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage. *However, we do not allow parking inside the garage or opening of the garage. it is broken and screwed shut.



The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to the lake with a boat ramp. Publix a few minutes away.

Plenty of parking

For your protection, we have 📹 security cameras on the front and rear of the property for the protection of our guests as well as the protection of our properties. These cameras cover the front entryway (doorbell camera) the driveway, and the backyard.



There are no cameras inside the house. 🚫📷



Late Check-Out / Early Check-In If available, we offer late check-out or early check-in for a fee of $50. 💵 If you’d like both and they’re available, the fee is $100. 💰 Just reach out to the host to arrange it. Thanks! 🙏
