'Everything was exactly as advertised and was perfectly located in Lakeland for access to downtown and hopping on the toll road. And the pool! I wish I had time to spend every minute there. I'll rent again if I have business in Lakeland or near by. Definitely beats the hotel options I researched!'

'Plain and simple, false advertising!!! The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! The whole thing moved when I went to open the door to it! The ceiling is falling apart in the hallway and the bathroom has the paint peeling/chipping away from the walls. 'This historic Lake Morton house did not disappoint. We have spent the last four years visiting and staying all over Lakeland as our oldest son has attended Florida Southern College. We love staying at different houses in the area and this has been our favorite. The funky decor, the view, and location are perfect. We could easily walk to the downtown area or over to the campus and to Lake Hollingsworth.Our son has now graduated but when we are back in the area this will be the first place we look...
