The host only could state she was the property manager. She kept asking us to wait until she spoke with the owner, and my children had to endure this. 'Our family booked this home for a gathering, but the property was not as described and several key amenities were unusable. The layout is perfect for larger groups. Upon arrival we discovered & reported there was no usable freezer due to the separate standing freezer being completely iced over. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator that does not have a freezer. The host suggested that we start to defrost the freezer ourselves. The next day maintenance moved the freezer outside to defrost...
