Getaway at Rainbow Lake in Gated Community of the Shores

De ruimte

Geniet van onze moderne, open concept 3 bdrm / 2 bad hm in een luxe gated community in Pinetop-Lakeside. Dit is een meer gemeenschap met een eigen toegang tot Rainbow Lake (ongeveer 5 minuten lopen) Keuken heeft nieuwere apparatuur, gasfornuis, granieten aanrecht. Familiekamer heeft houten vloeren lederen meubels, 60-inch flatscreen, met surround sound en Samsung Blue Tooth Music Soundbar. Master Bdrm heeft 50 "flatscreen en comfortabel queen size bed. Master bad is enorm met inloopdouche en een verwarmd handdoekenrek. Garage is beschikbaar om apparatuur en speelgoed te beveiligen en gasten hebben toegang tot speelgoed in de garage (kajak, kano, fietsen, enz.). Ruime achtertuin met aardgasgrill en achterporch voor extra ontspanning.

Wij zijn gevestigd in de prachtige White Mountains in Pinetop-Lakeside in de buurt van Rainbow Lake. Dit huis is perfect gelegen voor zowel een winteruitstapje of een zomervakantie. Onze gemeenschap heeft tal van evenementen, eetgelegenheden en buitenactiviteiten. We genieten ook van privétoegang tot Rainbow Lake.

Het huis slaapt 8 comfortabel met 1 queen, 1 vol, 1 full-over-full stapelbed met enkele uitschuifbed en een uitklapbare single in de woonkamer.

Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis. Gasten hebben garagetoegang tot veilige uitrusting, maar alstublieft geen parkeerplaats. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op de oprit voor 4 auto's. Beperkte toegang tot de hoofdkast, maar er is voldoende opslagruimte door het hele huis.

Clean, comfy home near the lake

We had a wonderful stay! On the day it wasn’t snowing, we used the rackets to play tennis and used the basketball court. After it snowed, our kids (and dogs) had a blast playing in the large yard creating snowmen and having snowball fights. Then, to warm up, we all jumped in the large hot tub outside. We all had a wonderful spring break. Thank you!

Great house with extremely responsive owner

The owner did a great job of communicating from the moment we book all the way through checkout. The house was great and all the games/kayaks/bikes/fishing equipment/hot tub/kitchen gadgets were a wonderful addition. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again very soon!

Fishing & boating

Our kiddos are really into fishing right now and this was the perfect getaway location where the lake was walking distance and our teens could head down there for some fishing when they wanted. This property had everything from the canoes, paddles, life jackets and even the fishing poles if you didn't have your own. The backyard was great to come back to in the evening for grilling and just hanging out. As a working parent I will also add that the free wifi was great and had great service for my day of working remote at the lake.

Great neighborhood and location. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods yet everything is just minutes away. It is a great place for a family with children or for a couple just trying to get away and relax. Brian was great. He was readily available to answer questions. Summer Getaway

Brian was an awesome host! He had many recommendations of things to do in town and restaurants to try. I stayed at Brian’s home with my wife and parents during the summer. There was ample space for us to gather and cook. The community the home is nestled in is absolutely perfect with friendly neighbors and dogs! We were lucky enough to be in town for the Balloon Festival which was awesome to see the small town gather. The balloons fly right over the house and the lake! I would absolutely stay at Brian’s home again, but bring my own shampoo and body wash!

Perfect for family

This house was perfect for my family. A great way to get out of the big town and away from busy day to day life. It was clean and well equipped, just as described. The only thing I could possibly wish for would have been a fireplace. Though we enjoyed the firepit and horseshoes outside, our stay was windy on and off and the firepit felt not safe at times. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and big TV in their room. We definitely recommend this house and plan on staying again in the future.

Great Get Away

We stayed for the long memorial day weekend. Brian was great! He was super responsive and helpful in any questions and gave suggestions on the area. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We walked down to both lake accesses to fish and use the tennis courts. We used the bikes a couple times. Overall great house and experience!

3 day weekend vacation

The place was in a great location within a beautiful setting. Quiet safe neighborhood located in a gated community. The backyard was huge with a nice patio. Perfect comfortable living room for my family to relax and watch tv. Well stocked kitchen with nice gas range for cooking. They even had a brand new air fryer, which was a nice surprise. Brian was very responsive the few times I had questions. Would definitely consider coming back for a longer vacation! Thanks Brian!
