'My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. 'Great hotel, everything is new. One day before leaving (at night), I dropped my credit card in the space between the floor and the elevator. The owner helped me a lot with getting the elevator company there asap. Only thing that could improve is the ringing of the elevator. You can here it on all levels through the building. Other than that, perfect stay. '
