NOTE: Before checkin, Party must E transfer myself $1000.00 deposit to my email address which will be returned 5-7 business day by e-transfer, once the home has been inspected for damages of any kind OR lost items where this will be deducted accordingly from your deposit.

IN PEAK TIMES FROM VICTORIA DAY (MAY) TO SEPTEMBER LONG WEEKEND ( LABOR DAY), check in's are only to be Friday - Friday only!

Upon arrival we offer self check in with a keyless pad. I will provide the code upon arrival.

Our private beach pass will be supplied which includes free parking at the Sun Beach parking lot. If pass is misplaced a $75 replacement fee will be charged which will be deducted from your deposit.

RULES:

-No loud music outside
-No loud talking outside past 11 pm
-Absolutely NO smoking indoors
-No drinking red wine in living room to prevent spilling on the rug and the new furniture.
-Do not bring indoor blankets outside
