'This is a lovely home in a quiet, family oriented development. The house was clean, nicely furnished and stocked with everything we needed for cooking (including a grill), laundry and beach time. I like to enjoy the beach from under an umbrella but here, a palm tree provided plenty of shade. The water's edge is truly just a few steps from the house. 'We rented a home locally so that I could spend time with my kids and nieces and nephews for Easter it was a comfortable stay, lots of space. Great neighborhood and great neighborhood. '

'A cottage that beckons you to come in, make yourself at home, & RELAX. My high-school foreign exchange students 2 girls (N. Macedonia & Kyrgyzstan) & 2 boys (Taiwan & Kazakhstan), the host father of the girl from Kyrgyzstan, & I were in Tallahassee to visit the Capitol & see the legislature in session. Anxious to get inside, the students streamed back out, exclaiming how beautiful & nice the house is inside "How did you find it!?" Phenomenal, homemade, healthy bars & lovely, handwritten words...

'I booked the property for my family to stay at because I did not have enough room at my home. The house was amazing as well as the backyard pool. The scenery is wonderful with the pond. Everything is so nice and peaceful. Steve was a fabulous host. He is prompt with communication and very accommodating. My family enjoyed themselves so much that they would like to book this vacation home again! If you're thinking about renting this home don't hesitate, go for it!'
