'We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!'

The pool bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a resort - very much appreciated this attention! Aside from a negative interaction with the hotel manager who was not friendly or very helpful after our vehicle's windshield was shattered by a golf ball in the valet lot, the rest of the staff was wonderful.
