'Clean room good value'

'A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!'

'I enjoyed my stay clean very nice place'

'Colin is a lovely host. Both full and continental breakfasts were excellent. Lovely bedding. Very comfortable B&B'

'Mooie kamer maar niemand gezien van personeel of wat dan ook. Comfortabel maar vrij onpersoonlijk. Verder gewoon goed hoor, niks op aan te merken. Logging in fantastisch'

'Sorry to have to say this but this hotel is really not great, even for the price. They advertise as 'no dogs allowed' (fair enough and something I don't disagree with) yet when I went to check in, upon walking through the front door the first thing that struck me was the overwhelming smell of dog, and to be greeted by two loud dogs barking at me behind the small check in desk before any member of staff appeared. Room was basic and not a lot of attention has gone into cleaning it. Thick layers...

'Lovely host great service clean spacious peaceful friendly would deffo come again'

'Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Close to everything and very quite. Will definitely stay again'

'Kind and helpful staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful garden behind the property. Excellent breakfast.'

'Near Winter Gardens. That’s all. '

'Room didn’t look like it was hoovered. Tv in room wouldn’t work. Shower stopped working and hot tap in room didn’t work. Other than that for the price we payed it was good and I would recommend if you’re on a tight budget.'

'It was more like a hostel room. Very basic, it reflects the price. Was a good location near to everything. What put me off was the smell of weed. Would I stay there again No! Lucky we bought our own bedding and towels. And soaps etc. It does reflect on the price. If your not fussy we're you stay, it's for you!'

'The host cancelled my booking the day before I was due to book in because I use a walking stick and the room was on the middle floor. When I made the booking there was no mention on the booking page about about difficulties I may have. The reason given was not enough room on the expedia page. I was also refused a refund, which I find very disappointing as it was the host who cancelled my booking, not myself. Very disappointed allround.'

'Very comfy and clean, lovely breakfast, great location'

'Horrible dirty bed dirty floors sink was blocked the TV was not working the window was broken and no hot water from the sinks wud not Evan out a rat in thair rank'

'When I got there I looked at the property and was horrified there was just piles of rubbish bags outside the cellar room window I looked up and most of the rooms I saw there were actually no curtains or they were hanging down. It looked like it hadn't been used for yrs. On the door of the property there was a phone number on the front door and I was about to ring a girl come from a property a few doors down she said are you booking in and I said yes and thank God for that she said I was going...
